You know, I have an Iron River! Lol. But it has green and yellow maple Burl with mosaic pins so I keep it in the kitchen, lol. But now that you mention it, it is a great small knife.. Thanks for pointing that out. I'm looking for a Bradford guardian.
White River Ursus Cub is one I daily carry in factory sheath with an ulti clip. It’s also in MagnaCut steel. Check it out. Based on what’s on your video here, I think you’ll love it. Awesome collection!
@@jsboyer29 looks awesome! But out of stock. I'll keep an eye out for another drop. Unless you know a vendor who has it in stock? Thanks for the recommendation!
Looks great! Thanks for the recommendation. I can only find it in m390 at the moment so going to wait until I see it in something else. Unless you know a vendor who has a different steel?
@sharpends4279 I bought mine direct, bradford seems to restock magnacut every few months. I have the chef and paring in magnacut as well and they're awesome.
I have to agree with you on the Creely sheath. I didn't like the idea of a pocket leather sheath at first and had a kydex sheath immediately made for it so that I could appendix carry the Mako, sheath looks almost exactly like that first red sheath of yours. But I tried the pocket sheath one day and haven't used the kydex since. I keep meaning to email Creely, he's good about responding to customers, and ask him for the contact info on his sheath maker. I have a ton of other blades that I'd love to have a similar sheath for. I have a few Tkell blades that would work well in that kind of sheath. The Tkell blades are usually more self defense oriented but they do have some bulletproof utility blades, check them out if you ever get a chance. I hear you on not wanting to ding up a pretty blade. I was a big blade collector ever since I got my first cub scout folder in '71. I'm not even sure how many hundreds of blades (knives, swords, spears, etc) I had collected. Many of those blade were just display pieces for me because they were one of a kind (had a wicked katana from the 1650's or so) or too pretty to use. However I had a house fire in 2015 that took the place down to the slab. All those pretty blades were toast (fire was so hot it buckled the slab and we didn't even find melted metal) and it's hard to prove to the insurance company that you even owned them when pictures and receipts are ash (fyi avoid State Farm, they're evil). I've been slowly working on rebuilding the collection but this time I'm using everything no matter how pretty. It actually feels good to use them when you decide not to stress over scratches and patina. I think most blade smiths would prefer that their awesome creations were used. I second the comment about the 5 minute knives channel, he's a dork (in a good way) that does fun reviews. Found his channel a year or so before I found yours.
I have an Overland, but not the sport! But it doesn't feel like a small fixed blade to me. More in the medium range. Don't think I'll buy the sport since I have the large one. I'll check out the other two for sure. Thanks for the comment!
I mean, you really think it holds a candle to these others in my collection? Its Ergos honestly don't look that great. Price is awesome, but it's 1095. Not sure I would use it much.
@@sharpends4279 I have L/XL hands and love the ergos on the Izula 2 handle w/ integrated finger guard. With the supplied sheath, it easily fits all the way inside my front jeans pocket (I don't have a pocket clip on the sheath). But the blade stock is a bit too thick (.156") and the 1095 edge rusts easily. My BRKT UL Bushcrafter (3V) is .93" thick and cuts like a light saber but the overall length is longer than the Izula 2 and because of this doesn't fit all the way inside my pocket quite as well. Also, the handle, while plenty long, doesn't have enough height/girth for my hand size. In a perfect world, I would love a knife with the Izula 2 handle/finger guard and the UL Bushcrafter blade and steel.
Looks perfect! Out of stock unfortunately. I'll keep an eye open for their next run, unless you know a vendor that has some in stock? Thanks for the recommendation!
5 minute knives has a great youtube channel and makes really great knife sheathes. taco and pancake...
The Bradford Guardian 3, 3.2, 3.5, Creely Mako, and Bark River Iron River are all excellent small edc knives.
Excellent video, Sharp Ends.
Thank you.

BRK Ultralight Bushcrafter FTW.
Smith and Sons Axiom in Magnacut is awesome. Other than that, it's the Bark River ULB.
Great video. Lots of cool fixed blades you have here. 👍💪🔥🔥
Great edc collection!!
Great collection. Add a TJ Schwarz overland sport, a MKC Speed Goat 2.0, a LTW Patriot, a Knives by Nuge Chickpea. Gosh I love fixies. See ya bud.

@@sharpends4279 the ltwk patriot and frontier valley are really great EDC as well great vid btw
@@sharpends4279 maybe the knives I choose are in a smaller class of knives. Enjoy the content.
Ursus cub by white river is the titts.
My answer will always and forever be the esee izula. Assuming one procures an aftermarket sheath of course.
Really? The original or #2? 1095 steel?
Do yourself a favor and get the Schwarz Overland Sport. Then you can toss most of these. J/K more is always better when it comes to knives.
No Esee Izula II??
