Does the rovyvon have a replaceable battery? I really don’t like built in batteries that when they die you have to throw away the product. I really liked the second flashlight better but it is more expensive and bulkier and also it has no magnets.

I got one! I like the handle especially for other styles other than bushcraft. I think it’s great for survival or game processing it’s very nimble. I’m going to send it off for a kydex sheath in the next week or 3 and haven’t used it because he may make a video. Also my leather sheath clicks in at a point like it has plastic ridge down in it…but I dunno? I was lucky enough to get the 10A Bushcrafter too and it is the best knife I’ve ever used.

Yeah 1075 is a dealbreaker for me, A2 would be my preferred option if I had to choose from LT Wright’s steel line up. You can almost watch 1075 and O1 rusting before your eyes. A2 will rust too but not as rapidly as the other two.

The handle has similar gunny geometry although thinner. More of a flair at the neck. Looks lock nice. I will stay tuned to your report on your experience with it. 🔎

Got my Waypoint a few weeks ago and I love it! Maybe my favorite knife ever! Typically prefer titanium frame locks but quite carry does the liner perfectly! I can’t find anything I don’t like.

The Kizer Kitefin is my favourite Kizer.

At least they sent you the goods. I was just scammed for $40.00 because I'm a idiot who didn't check the company out and anyway long story short - total scam. Company doesn't even exist and if I'd made even the quickest check online I'd have found out right away - google was filled with scam warnings and complaints - ergh. And I'm usually so careful 😳

I have that tiny Olight too, but I just find that I constantly charging it. More charging than use! I went up to the T3i on my keychain and it’s so light and lasts so much longer. Definitely a little more bulk to the keychain tho… great vid!

I've got a small channel as well and I say on my about page that I will not KNOWINGLY support any clones of any kind. Key word being knowingly, sometimes you may just not know, or recognize a clones. really appreciate that you explained and addressed the situation, and that you stand by your decision not to support clones. I like your channel and don’t feel too bad about that. I could see myself mistaking that for something other than a mini-praxis clone. I think you should just reach out to the companies (especially the overseas ones) you want to try to get the ball rolling. The worst they can say is “no,” and they probably won’t! Start small. Ask to try something they are excited about. I know it’s not easy reaching out, but put yourself on their radar and see what they say.

Entered a silent bid auction from a very well known Big Box store. lt was in store silent auction only for Outfitters. My highest bid won me a S90V Benchmade Osbourne. As soon as l opened the box, l knew it was a counterfeit. l took a black permanent marker to the knife and wrote fake all over it so, it could not be used to scam anybody else. The store did return my money at least!

No worries, happens to everyone. We've all bought something cheap off of Amazon or some other online site that wasn't as it should have been. Just a couple of weeks ago I bought a strap wrench off Amazon that was supposed to be 18" long and have a strap that could fit a 10" cylinder, what I got was 6" handle and not enough strap to open a pickle jar. It was too cheap to go through the hassle of returning but buying anything online has risks.

If you rapidly click the LED white light button, it will go into strobe light mode. So, to add a small correction, there are 4 modes, not 3. I dont think that the strobe mode was mentioned. Out of all the knives I own. I have two “shit hits the fan” knives which are my: Esee 6 and a Spartan Blade Harsey Fighter. My two EDC knives are a: SOG Seal Pup Elite (plain edge) and when I go to work, I carry a Smith And Wesson HRT.

No machete or large bladed knife on the list you fail! My list Esee Junglas, Blind horse canteen shop knife, and a Survive necker ll. Just a list of 3 with no customs included. Could swap to an izula for the neck knife or Ltwk skeleton key.

Hey Sharpends. Spyderco makes some nice folders in LN 200 which is a great stainless steel as well. It’s not Vanax but a great steel for the outdoors as well.

Hi Sharpends. I like smaller knives but for the apocalypse I’d have one big fixed blade. DCA from KnifeCenter design,built by LtWright. The Canteen knife available in Magnacut on the Nordsmith site. Your collection is great. I got the Drift as well, love that thing.

The only problem with 8CR is the edge retention. lt is what it is and its fine for light edc use.

Probably just have a folder and a fixed blade for the apocalypse. Everything else l would need is in my gun safe ;)
