While James is consistent with running the ideal line through the course, Piotr is willing to sacrifice certain aspects of the line for an aggressive chase. Piotr is so much more exciting to watch, because he just goes for it.

Yes I aggressor with you they both have thier own unique style of driving but so similar but James def a better or more consistent qualifying driver

He actually has two different S15s, one of them was used during the 17-18 seasons and the other was used during the 2019 season. Which is currently being used in Drift Masters.

Ive never seen the chase driver transition first. That was "SUPER LATE BRAKING TECHNIQUE" level.
Duuude now you should definitely react to Drift Masters. Im from Latvia so i suggest checking out Bikerniek race track, one of the stages on Drift Masters. Its the fastest track on the DMEC calender and one of the fastest track also in the world for drifting

Honestly as long as the tracks sick, i dont care personally. I think the best tracks are the ones that are fast but have sections that are very technical. Tracks that are overly technical burn you out quickly

If you have any inside information as to why worth house no longer compete in Formula Drift in America and also why James Dean left the team that would be some great Intel
Not 100% but I would just say probably just difference of directions with things. It gets hard when like your company wants to go one way but as a driver you want to go the other. Not to mention a lot of times when you drive for a company and their car, as a driver you get scapegoated a lot if something goes wrong. Not at all saying James is a bad driver, but just speaking as a driver in general, it does get stressful so that probably was a couple factors. I wouldn't go so far as to say they ended on bad terms or anything though.

So the guy in Piotr video driving the s14 is his spotter lukaz I think that’s how you spell it he a very good driver and he competed in sim drifting and is insane sim driver I’ve driven with him online I don’t think I’ll ever get as smooth as him

the s15 in that video is not the same one from FD but similar setup..He uses the FD s15 as his practice car now

I prefer to watch smaller, more technical track than the longer sweeping turns that most American FD tracks

@@HaugenRacing now mix that with some rain or icy conditions than you really see the skills of the drivers how well their setup is
@@MrBassbump eh yes and no, they aren't really the same thing. Someone whos more well versed on a smaller, slower track isn't necessarily more skilled than say an American FD driver. Its a different game. Just because the turn is long doesn't mean its easy to drift. Car's are set up relative to the track conditions, a well setup car for dry weather is going to under perform in rain/snow and vice versa
@@transient442 the longer more sweeping corners are significantly easier to tandem.
@@MrBassbump Nah that's just not the case.. You are traveling at a lot higher speeds, controlling the car becomes a lot more difficult the faster you are going. Saying its significantly easier is just straight up wrong. They are both very hard for a different set of reasons

People choose 2JZ over RB, because they are basically indestructible, unlike RB. You don’t see almost any RB engines in top level, while 2JZs are a dominant power plant in pro drift.
