I have found in an old collection 5 2017 p pennies that look like double die. These look like the day they were born and I will find out today if they are machine die or double die. What is your opinion on the 2017 p double die?
@couchcollectables I found a 1971 s penny I almost through out. I'm not sure if it's severely damaged or if it's triple struck? The front at first glance looked like Dots/ gashes through Lincoln and around the rim then the back also has several going through the entire thing through the letters etc. But as I look closer it looks like a possible pattern of another? I'm fairly new to this and unsure how to find out.
So I feel the need to just check for doubling on each and every coin that I come into contact with now. People behind me in lines at the store have to wait if I pay with change because I double check them befor I use them. 😅😂🤷🏼♀️
I have a 2015 that has obvious errors but cannot find another to compare it to, I haven't alot of time to be a coin collector but I am trying to get as much $ as I can for a very worthy cause! I do believe I have a couple that I will sell for a less about then there worth seems how I don't have the time for a grader. Thank you,
Being offered is a 1963 penny struck on a gold coin. This is my first penny struck on gold. All the others that I’ve sold were struck on a dime. The obverse has the gold all the way across his left shoulder. The reverse has 2 gold lines all the way across the presidential building and on top of all the vertical arches. DDO and DDR with numerous stains from the printing process on both the obverse and reverse. 1 $12,500 OBO
Ok I need your help..I have a role of 1971s that would grade MS 69 maybe even 70. My grandmother passed a few years back and I got her coins. They are in a plastic role and are beautiful..is there anyway for my to send you some pictures and you tell me what you think? Also the best place to get one of them graded.

I have some ungraded error coin Penny's 1971 clearly 3 LLLs in liberty two facing up 1974, 1959 errors with obvious extra letters in different direction.. all are high grade coins. Father in law died 7 yrs ago I found these in his tool chest in a metal container.. 50 coins..

On the 1971 penny. Just found one with a 'u' on top of the 'o' on the word of on the reverse. Pretty cool lookin error for what it is. I'm into the error coins, look closely and you'll find all kinds of odd things.
