This isn't much different than what poor people manage every day. Not by choice either. It's not abuse to not have things as long as your relationships are solid with love.
@@Sweetyhide If they were actually this poor, about to be on the street, that’s one thing. That’s actual cause that a child can understand as to why they had to do this even older. They dont have to bathe with the one bath water. They don’t have to live in darkness, they don’t have to sleep in the same bed when there’s space in a trailer and they chose to live on top of each other as if they in despair *when they are not*. @@JessimusPrime Path to wealth? Is that the objective of raising kids? I don't think so. Around the world, 1.3 billion people lack access to electricity. As a head cook and training chef, them storing their poultry and meat products in an in ground chest freezer almost made me legit puke. 55 degrees?! These parents and their poor kids are going to end up with some pretty nasty food poisoning. Don't skimp on safety. If you want to wallow in dirty bath water, yeah that's really gross, but feeding people tainted food? That's no joke and not right and could be potentially fatal. Absolutely ridiculous.
I used to have to share the same bathwater with my siblings. I hated it! We were poor though. I would do everything in my power now to make sure my children never have to do the same.
Don't throw the baby out with the bath water derives from monthly baths back in the day. Dad went first, by the time baby got in it was dirty. As one of 14 kids, the young ones shared bath water on our weekly bath. Today, we bathe too often, sharing a bath is water conservation. In Utah we've been in a drought for 22 years. It is severe. We are not the only state with drought concerns. When farmers can't grow crops because of excessive water use in a drought. We all ultimately pay.
Instead of using the same same bath water, they should take a shower. It takes less water, costs less and way more respectful for the hygiène and intimacy of the children. Shower costs too much? Use the bucket system ! I don t use it but my mom taught me how to use it if needed when i was a child. They don't have to shower everyday. There are plenty ways to reduce costs. Sharing the water is a controlling thing. That's sick.

I’m always selling my electronics and getting a great price for them since people notice how anal I am and my stuff looks brand new. I even keep boxes of high ticket items and their manuals in my attic. We just purchased new entryway double doors. My wife wanted to get them at Lowes, which were still expensive since we need to be compliant with the hurricane glass, but I got the doors at a specialty shop and paid 6500 not including new Eufy smart lock.
So as you can see I’m very much different than my mother when it comes to spending money. I like having nice things. Even though my parents worked hard and I grew up in a beautiful home, it’s one thing I did get from my mom. She was a neat freak and spent all day cooking and cleaning. I’m the same.
I can’t imagine the smell 🤮
I always had it just as bad and I'm currently going through it again thanks to child support.
Women: It make sense to use the Same water.
No lady it doesn't make sense
Makes me appreciate the most my dad does is get mad at me when I forget to turn off the lights to save electricity
shame on them 🤮 I would call Child Protective service on her and her man too
I would run away if I was their kids bro
that's what I was saying
I got three words...Child Protective Services
In Japan the family shares the same water in the tub but they shower before soaking.
That to me is WAY more acceptable because they are already clean going in! Totally different story!
@Cam Smith Different culture. Open your mind a little bit! Might seem nasty to you but it's obviously not to them and I don't think it is either if they are clean!
@Cam Smith really it's like a hot tub
Guys don’t be rude being half Japanese it is sanitary trust me most of my family do it separately anyway
@Cam Smith it’s not nasty if their all clean going into it, why not say a hot tub is nasty Hm?
I appreciate my parents way more now
It’s all fun and games until the boys friends come over 💀💀💀
Do they even allow sleep overs ???
Doesn’t the newspaper have INK?! Something that should never be near your areas?
Apparently TLC made it up for TV
Plus, it the shiny paper; it’s not actual newspaper which is softer than the shiny papers. They both transfer the inks to your hands…. Now I know why that bath water as so black! 🤢🤮. I would let the young kids get bathed first and let the grody parents bathe in the ass ink water.
Just nastyyy
“MOOOMM IM DONEE 👹”
HELPP 😭😭
PLEASE SIS 😭😭
💀
The water was dirty
“We’re never THAT dirty” the water being literally brown
Where not dirty
Cuts to the son literally bathing in chocolate milk 😂
I BEEN LAUGHING FOR 2 MINUTES NOW---
She burns the newspaper with literal shit in it
Damn shit's on fire 😂😂😂😂😂😫
Ayo 😭😭
Imagine washing your anus with a damn newspaper 🤦🏻♀️🤣
This makes me so grateful I have a sanitary family and have somewhat of money
She needs a LOT of help..
Lmao, for the love of pete don't go cheap on toilet paper! Haha, their bottoms must be so raw from those newspapers omg 😂
4:45 Oh hell no. As someone who has a low pain tolerance and has had braces for 5 years I don't care if i'm cheap i'll go to a dentist to get my teeth removed.
As someone who's had all their teeth (not all at once) pulled out by the dentist. I'll tell you, once the drugs wear off, you definitely don't want to pull your own teeth out
@@girl_diary08 Agreed
Yoooo Im crying how the daughter reacted about the mom and dad sleeping outside and the boiling water. LMAOAOOA
there's a healthy medium between extreme cheap and extreme wasteful.
I need a shower just from watching this
“I think my parents are a little obsessed with being cheapskates” BHAHA he is so real for that and this is…. Just-
Is anyone going to talk abt how they casually took a bath with a bunch of people watching
ive always wondered that in these type of videossss! doesnt the camera man see them naked?
@@bluvxy1194 it’s like, isn’t is awkward…
@@lilacbarnes6381 yeah loll
they’re probably getting paid to do it 💀
“Something we enjoy doing as a family”
Yea the kids look like their having “sooo” much fun.🙄🤣😑
I'm a middle age poor working class woman, I shower daily, use toilet paper and monitor my electric usage!! Nasty is not necessary, they are choosing to do this all in the name of saving $$?? Nah!! I'm good!!
I"m praying for these children.
currently watching this on a business class flight and i feel like a king
This is child abuse. Children come out of environments like that traumatized. This is completely unnecessary. And all the pennies saved, and somehow they can’t enjoy a comfortable life? I don’t get it…
What a load of shit, stop claiming everything is abuse. It wasn't when I was young & did this & it still isn't. Ask people that have been abused what its really like to suffer.
But they clearly said this was for shits and giggles because they wanted to see how low they could go to save nickels and dimes, putting stress in a child’s life for no reason. They dont have to bathe with the one bath water. They don’t have to live in darkness, they don’t have to sleep in the same bed when there’s space in a trailer and they chose to live on top of each other as if they in despair *when they are not*. Anyone who was actually poor would take the first opportunity to not live like this and live comfortably, and these people are subscribing to this as if it’s a lifestyle and imposing this their kids. This isn’t cool, smart or creating a path to wealth, when keep saving they are saving.
@@JessimusPrime Path to wealth? Is that the objective of raising kids? I don't think so.
Around the world, 1.3 billion people lack access to electricity. More than 600 million are in sub-Saharan Africa, and more than 300 million are in India alone.
Millions of people worldwide live in caves with no electricity or running water.
What about all the ancient tribes in the harshest places in the world? Is that abuse?
Should we save them all and move them into condos with Netflix?
Educate yourself about the people and cultures of the world to know that not everyone lives like you.
@@Sweetyhide 🤣🤣 Please stay on topic. I’m talking about them. You can extrapolate all you want and go off on tangents. I’m not joining you there
Have they ever heard of just taking quick showers? Would save water and be more sanitary! Who wants to bathe in used bath water?!
Squirrel dumplings!!!! Yum!!!!! With a side helping of rabies to go with it, just like grandma used to make xD
Sick
@@lathafalls7675 it's called sarcasm
Ha
Lmao 🤣
CPS needs to pay these people a visit.those kids deserve better. 3:10
Sharing the same water can pass on bacteria and microbes and could create a catastrophe I believe
Showering saves water. Why do they need to fill the tub up? And she could save money by not eating so much. She's overweight
Man she is doing this so that she CAN eat all that...
Cheap food makes you gain weight.
I have no words.
As a head cook and training chef, them storing their poultry and meat products in an in ground chest freezer almost made me legit puke. 55 degrees?! Refrigeration units should be kept no higher than 40 to 42 degrees MAXIMUM at all times (if any refrigerator I'm working around hits 42 degrees for more than a couple minutes, I'm automatically transferring food to another unit until maintenance can decipher the issue).
They can shower with a single bucket per person, saves a lot of water. They can split thick toilet paper in half if they’re feeling adventurous.
You can see the eldest son holding tears 🙁😥
He's actually the middle child
I used to have to share the same bathwater with my siblings. I hated it! We were poor though. I would do everything in my power now to make sure my children never have to do the same.
Her soap for a month is one shower for me lmao
Not even one shower for me
Same
Don't throw the baby out with the bath water derives from monthly baths back in the day.
That's sick.
how did these parents not get CPS called on them? like this is abuse
The daughter felt disgusted
They forgot about germs 3:59 (anything higher than 40F for a refrigerator is a bacteria breeding ground)
