Kirby would need to find blueprints for that, assuming the blueprints would exist, so this is unlikely But if the blueprints somehow exist he could upgrade them

For example Porunga (and only under Elder Guru) is the one that has a limit of one person at a time BUT they can be revived multiple times, later under the control of Elder Mori that limitation was removed. Shenron can revive multiple people at a time, with the limitation of only being able to revive them once, which again isnt even a limitation anymore as under Dende that limitation doesnt exist. And its only Monaito's dragon that is so weak that simply making someone stronger will reduce their lifespan.
If we use Star Allies Kirby the ability to create life would be the most Broken thing i will use the White Lantern Ring to demonstrate this. Kirby would use (in this case) the life equation to create a lot of friends lets say 1k, in Star Allies he needs 5 friends to get onto a power up that in the end allows him to summon all of his allies souls to jump Void Termina ( If I remember the name correctly). So if almost all of his friends die he can use their souls to make a unlimited army cause when the souls die he could create more life they die souls come back they die again create life Repeat and he would because kirby in Star Allies just makes friends. Also all of his new "friends" could be a version of kirby in base form which is at least planetary (planet level) (if you count minigames as in continuity).

Im sure Kirby only copying simplified techniques is a game mechanic But also, Kirby could bypass that rule with the Omnitrix anyway, either becoming another specie Ben 10k turn into aliens, its Ultimate Ben who doesnt, so if Kirby copies the normal Omnitrix, not Ultimate Ben's glitched ultimatrix He could become a hybrid of every aliens however really

What i mean for the dragon balls is that it could be more treated as luck effect as well using moves like dragon fists. i mean, I'll be great to give more inspiration in what's goku is based on. Next for the infinity stones as simple-minded kirby is the better to be influenced by the stones as they contain some ensense of Consciousness. It could be seen as the stones take over one's in a while and give unique power set moves after all kirby be a star child and the stones as is i can see something cosmic be connected about.
