Nice series, only suggestion the music at start and in end is too loud for phone with or without headset, need softer and shorter intro music

If you say cost of construction is much much higher than before then why are salaries still so less. Bank managers who give loans themselves cannot afford homes with peanuts they get. Starting salary for engineers in 2004 was 3.5 lpa today most companies give you 2.5 lpa as starting salary. Private school teachers working hard day and night are paid 20k a month. Farmers get least returns for their farming investments. Don't even ask about the payment of receptionists, clerks, etc. These are the groups of people with not so extraordinarily paying jobs that constitute our country's majority. With time with these people not being able to afford even simple homes where they work will make majority of the country "homeless".

    Don’t believe these corporates
I lost my 10 years hard earned money by buying a flat from branded developer (brigade developers Bangalore)
Entered into under construction agreement for 70lakhs in 2012 project delivered in 2019 (finally ended up paying 76 lakhs due to cost escalations) like transition from service tax to GST (12.36% to 18%), stamp duty increased to 6.6% etc.. Spent 5 lakhs for interiors.. No buyers for 80 lakhs..
    Lessons learnt:
    1. Branded builders sell flats at premium rates ( under construction (or) ready to move in) hence u won’t find any appreciation..
    2. Builder can sell a flat easily, As an individual it’s very difficult to find a buyer in resale market.
    3. Ur hard earn money will be enjoyed by builder, government (in form of taxation), officers bribe(in the form of sanctioning the project), local mla, mp, cm 4. Employees of the builder company in the form of incentives, 5.bankers (processing fee, emi)
    5. Security guards, management staff, brokers, estate managers, plumbers, civil engineers, revenue inspector (bribes) for kahata transfers etc
