  • Tabata HIIT Seated High Intensity Interval Training. This is a high energy exercise workout that consist of one set of 20 seconds of cardio exercises 10 seconds rest (8 cycles) + 1 minute rest. This repeated for 8 sets with different exercises. The exercises are simple, safe and effective to help you enhance your cardiovascular system, burn fat and lose weight. The exercises include seated jumping jacks, boxing, lunges, knee lifts and more. The workout is beginner, active adults and senior friendly.

    OMG. that was a WORKOUT...! The Paul EuQueens really challenged themselves and sweated this one out! Thanks again for the inspiration...and thank gawd for the automated prompter tracking our Tabata cycles! LOL!

      You're so welcome! This particular set does has an automatic prompter tracking the cycles. It's burned into the music. The HIIT one does not. Which why sometimes I get off course.

      @@PaulEugene Yeah, we realized though that it repeated Tabata 7 twice, so when we did this workout today, we caught it, thinking, "...didn't we just do tabata 7...?!" LOL!

    Thank you Paul Eugene for this fantastic workout. I did in my wheelchair and it worked well. My overall physical and mental well being has improved tremendously since I started watching your videos as my daily workout routine. I think my best improvement has been with my core strength as I am a para dressage rider. My stability in the saddle has improved over the past month. Thanks again

    I'm enjoying all of your videos so much! I have severe damage in one knee, trying to take off some weight in anticipation of an eventual knee replacement. My knee gives out too often now to do my old low impact Zumba and workouts, and these chair workouts have been the perfect solution! God bless you for being so encouraging! 💜

    I am a fit 72-year-old cyclist who sprained an ankle two weeks ago. Your HIIT and Tabita workouts are my lifesaver. I'm getting my heart rate up over 100 which is equivalent to a brisk walk. Can get it as high as I do cycling but that's ok. My quads are on fire. Keep up the good work. I used to teach Silver Sneakers but this is NOT Silver Sneakers.
