Our first band didn't have a drummer either so a metronome or one of you tapping a tambourine on the ground will help you with timing which isn't locked on. The main singer (sorry don't know your name) is very talented but is straining which won't be great longterm so vocal technique research or a few training lesson would serious improve you. Great band name btw
