Excellent video. I ride that way from the city to Noarlunga from work rather than the veloway. Much more engaging and interesting. I learned some from this video, tho. I usually hit the top of Kauri Pde and totally missed the sign for a Sherlock. Good info, thanks for showing this ride. It’s a great way out of the city👌
Thanks Ian 😀 it's definitely the more scenic route than the veloway! Yes Sherlock looks like a small side street and is easy to miss, I like the little climb on it 😁🚴♀️

What time of the day/ day off the week was it? I'm thinking of taking my bike to work on the train and then cycling home. Just worried about the traffic
That's a great idea! I've done this ride many times on different days and at different times, it's always been a good ride. If you're taking your bike on the train, just need to buy a ticket for your bike if traveling during peak times, but there's always space. You'll love it! 🤩👊🚴♂️
Hi 😃 I was following the signs, initially I got lost, but when I figured it out, I made this video so others wouldn't get lost. The council has since put extra signs and tidied up the path 👍🚴♀️🚴
Hi 👋 I don't think it's illegal, and I know many people who do, they listen to music and podcasts. I personally find it too distracting, especially riding with traffic around, but others don't have the same problem. I guess as long as you can still hear what's happening around you😊
@@CyclewithSerafina I just went to Henley Beach from the CBD through a bike path today. I had my earphones for some time and come across two police officers on a bike. They didn't question me. The volume were just minimal so I can hear my surroundings. Thanks!
