Online retailers don't provide after sales service, they will just offer some 15-30 days replace/return window after delivery, So you will need to approach these kinds of centres only

Same think happened to me , they damaged my laptop while repairing and says that it was like this before , it had all kind of scratches after it came from their repair shop it was a 2 month old Mac book pro , I think their is no repair in Apple’s product you just have to replace them 😂 Apple doesn’t want you to repair your products and neither will they do it for you properly

Maybe it is a service centre issue.. Because, I literally hit a wall and broke my apple watch, luckily screen didn't crack but pixels were damaged... I tried my luck and asked for a replacement and without any question, they gave me a new Watch... I even got a new Ipad, when touch ID stopped working. It's either actually a build quality issue (Which is very very rare) and the service center guys are garbage... or the customer actually broke it and acting innocent to get away with a free replacement... We cannot always trust the customers, customer is not always right...
Whatever it may be but the reason they gave saying "You forcefully opened the lid" was complete bs. If a product gets damaged just by a small variation in pressure, it is complete garbage. The problem with apple is that they have created this sense of utopia where if there is something wrong with the product, it is the customer who is to be blamed. Because most of their consumers believe that their products are flawless. And they get away with this. The iphone bendgate is a very good example of this.

Laptops are not tanks which you can mishandle and expect it to not receive any damage, no laptop in the world will survive if you mishandle it... Actually most apple service center give good customer service. But this is exceptional. But because of this incident we can not say that apple gives always like this service. I have been a both a windows and mac user and i know that mac service and build quality is better than most flashship gaming laptops and notebooks. It is clearly the customer's fault. It is indeed true that if you try to force open your laptop from either sides, there is a very good chance that the display panel will separate from the display. its the flex gate issue, its very common and apple fixes this for free. Its due to tight flex cabes which gets streched when opening. Even outside of warrrenty they will fix it for free.
Truly, I doubt it's an Apple service centre. I have sent my iPads in for repair too, I have visited them as many as three times in the past in different cities, for different reasons. Although they charge a premium price if your device is out of warranty, I must say they were very professional. Not like these guys at all. I highly doubt it's an authorized Apple service centre. This is true that apple sells it's products overpriced but in this video,the guy who is recording video did not showed where the damage happened because somehow the executives could be true in this case that the laptop has been opened forcefully. As we all know that the laptop showed is made up of metal means whenever there is any bend,it will be same thereafter(unlike the plastic) due to which there would be a cavity formed between the two joined layers of aluminium and hence a wire(which is definitely not a big deal in a laptop) could come out.

It's either actually a build quality issue (Which is very very rare) and the service center guys are garbage... or the customer actually broke it and acting innocent to get away with a free replacement...
We cannot always trust the customers, customer is not always right...
Whatever it may be but the reason they gave saying "You forcefully opened the lid" was complete bs. If a product gets damaged just by a small variation in pressure, it is complete garbage. The problem with apple is that they have created this sense of utopia where if there is something wrong with the product, it is the customer who is to be blamed. Because most of their consumers believe that their products are flawless. And they get away with this. The iphone bendgate is a very good example of this.
@@samarthkambli I can understand your frustration, but am not saying apple products are invincible, I just mentioned my Ipad touch id stopped working within an year but they replaced it with no questions asked.
Laptops are not tanks which you can mishandle and expect it to not receive any damage, no laptop in the world will survive if you mishandle it... Its always better to get an accidental warranty if you use electronics roughly.
Actually u all don't know that in India there is NO official apple store all apple products which are being sold or repaired are through second hand services

I only bent the phone because I smashed my screen they didn’t care about the screen tho gave me new phone 🏴

I have purchased apple earphones 3.5 mm one..after 6m its not working ..i went there for replacement. They told me you should compulsory have apple iphone to apply waranty based on imei number. We can apply for replacement. And i ve purchased from apple store only.then i realized never use apple product..if u r emotionally weak. Grt job apple..🙏🙏

Apple ki service bahot acchi hai mai apple k products use karta hu mai jaanta hu bus ye hai ki agar aapke Apple product me koi bhi problem aaye to ho sake to apne product ko apple k authorised service center me he leke jaaye jaise ki (imagine) apple ka authorised service center bhi hai and sales k liye bhi hai.

Happened with me as well. I gave my phone to service centre and they say it's tampered even though I have never showed this phone at any kind of service centers.
Actually most apple service center give good customer service. But this is exceptional. But because of this incident we can not say that apple gives always like this service. I have been a both a windows and mac user and i know that mac service and build quality is better than most flashship gaming laptops and notebooks. Dont worry bro next time buy from a authorised apple service store ❤❤❤👍.

It is clearly the customer's fault. It is indeed true that if you try to force open your laptop from either sides, there is a very good chance that the display panel will separate from the display. I do agree that the customer service in Indian Apple service stores is pathetic, but in this case, it is clearly the customer's fault. Blatantly blaming the employees for everything, without any research on the subject is immature.

Even though it is still on warranty period, What good things do you expect from this people. They will say it's water damage even though it's never a water damage.physical damage and water damage is their only answer. I have had experience about this.
Physical damage is not covered in warranty service.. Plz add applecare+ whenever you buy a new apple product it will charge you a bit more but it will cover physical damage also..

its the flex gate issue, its very common and apple fixes this for free. Its due to tight flex cabes which gets streched when opening. Even outside of warrrenty they will fix it for free.

Although they charge a premium price if your device is out of warranty, I must say they were very professional. Not like these guys at all. I highly doubt it's an authorized Apple service centre. I'd be very surprised if it is
After calling the CC they redirected to iPhone support > MacBook Support > Senior Support > Replacement Support. When you call apple CC they don't even know how to troubleshoot and when you reach the service centre they behave like they are selling there own kidney to repair.

This is true that apple sells it's products overpriced but in this video,the guy who is recording video did not showed where the damage happened because somehow the executives could be true in this case that the laptop has been opened forcefully.
As we all know that the laptop showed is made up of metal means whenever there is any bend,it will be same thereafter(unlike the plastic) due to which there would be a cavity formed between the two joined layers of aluminium and hence a wire(which is definitely not a big deal in a laptop) could come out.
Apple is first class I know ,but this type of bullshit people ruin the apple company .
