The real reason for this third grade service for a reputed company like Apple is because of these third party service centres. Apple should bring their own service centres in India as soon as possible so that people can understand the difference

This is a classic case of extended warranty scam.
They are providing extended warranty to customers coming in for warranty claim. And once the customer comes in during extended warranty they outsource the repair to 3rd party repair at lowest bidding rate resulting in low quality repairs and spare parts with no turnaround time.
So either 3rd party or repair in house telling customer its physical damage and have to pay extra.
Problem is there is no proper way to complain about this foul practices by companies like this.

Screen damage comes under warranty' they are just making money and are fraud , complaint them and request new store
Depends if the screen is broken then it comes under accidental damage and you have to pay for that if any internal damages then it is covered in warranty. My experience has been good with the service centre in Delhi can’t say anything about othet service centres

Unhone reboot pe lga diya wo bichme atak gya kyoki battery me jaan to thi nhi jab tak charger se connected hai tab tak phone on rehta tha. Ab wo reboot mode me hai or kuch nhi.
