8:04 Even though this is supposed to be a parody of RE5 and TLOZ: Majora's Mask, this scene reminds me of Asura's Wrath which is probably one of the most underrated but amazing Capcom video games of all time. I could imagine Wesker's voice actor doing a parody similar to that, as if hasn't done parodies already.
4:32 Even though that paper that Mario's holding says "Legal Shit", what he's doing is actually the opposite of legal because Mario's sueing someone for a fan creation. Though I'm not surprised since Mario's an idiot and doesn't know shit about fanmade creations and The Fair Use Law.
