    thanks for putting this up, i'm thoroughly enjoying this series. i'm just now getting into Mundell Lowe, similar orbits as Kessel perhaps, anyhow, ever consider another artist to do this with? great stuff

      Thanks for the comments Ken, glad you're liking the videos. I'd certainly come across the name of Mundell Lowe before but hadn't really checked out any of his music. I have spent this morning correcting that. Seems he did some stuff with Sarah Vaughan that I really need to cover. I'm absolutely looking to diversify so if you had any particular recordings in mind I'd be very interested to take a look at them.

    Thank you, Ted Peate! I have long hoped to teach myself this performance, especially for guitar. I didn't even know that was Barney! I confess to not paying enough attention to him, but I have frequently been captivated by his intro's to classic songs.

      Thanks, Nick. I totally agree, a good intro can really make the difference in a tune, even Jeff Beck thought this one was too good to replace. Good luck!
