I have the exact same version and everything even the new released fixes of it but whenever I use a car the lights like siren lights and all that doesn't seem to work as in the car doesn't have said light is this remotely activated or?
I think it has to do with your settings and graphics of the game, try messing around with it.

for some reason the car lights are bugged for me in mobile
It only works in the night
