I find that in trying to play this game for the first time with my 6.5 year old daughter, there are many steps to understanding how to play and we are both somewhat frustrated. Your video was good but I don’t find this an easy game to play at the start. There are too n my any steps along the way you have to learn to enjoy this game. My daughter grew restless and gave up.
As seen on BGG and in this clear video @6:18. The Parade cards have 4 types. When it comes to green you can score a parade tile for having 3 of a single color EXCLUDING green, However the parade tile containing 1 of each color does INCLUDE green. You'd have to take it up with the creator to why they excluded green in order to gain the parade tile for 3 of a kind.

Why is the parade for colored cards excluding green? The symbol for green is right on the parade tile.
The parade for 3 of 1 colour excludes green, the parade for 1 of each colour includes green.
