    I appreciate your videos so much! I would like to ask if retinol is appropriate for a person whose age is 18 below?

      I’m so pleased you like them! There’s no age ‘requirement’ for using retinol, but I’d argue those 18 and below need it less. It can be helpful for acne-prone skin, but it shouldn’t be necessary for anti-aging in this demographic!

      @fionalawsonnutrition I heard that nuts and seed omega 3 oils are less boiavailable, so which fish are good for the healthy production of sebum. What about omega 9? Olive oil, coconut oil?
      What are some of the best sources of vitamin e, and are Supplements as good as organic? What other nutrients should I focus on to change my sebum quality?
      What are some food that would make my body doesn't smell bad, like pineapple?
