I had an older colleague who was 57 at the time while I completed my Masters degree and this journalist, while in Thailand, told me that he had become possessed. I didn't think much of what he had said but when I met his younger son in Junior High and his daughter in first year university they both confirmed what happened to their father > demonic possession in Thailand was 100% real. The wife had to call in a Catholic priest to perform the exorcism as her husband started speaking in tongues. Luckily, he came through and no family members were hurt during the demonic possession but it was the first time I've ever even met someone who had become possessed and had the children verify their dad:s paranormal experience as well. I never questioned what my colleague told me as his son and daughter were pretty honest and way too young to make up something like their dad becoming demonically possessed.

I go to a private school, and we had someone from the seminary come for us to ask questions. We had a conversation about exorcism, and he was pretty chill about it. It's less like a surgery and more like an ongoing therapy.

Sorry to break it to you but they’re not. In this case most likely she was suffering from a neurological disorder like schizophrenia. Her symptoms match up, due to her religious background she envisioned herself going through a demonic possession (being afraid to enter churches, religious pictures, crosses, etc). She studied Latin before the incident and named 6 typical infamous figures (The very first murderer, the most infamous betrayer, the most infamous persecutor of Christians, the modern definition of evil, some random former priest who she'd have heard about in her studies, and Satan himself) who are not demons (except for Satan) by the fact they were living people. You would think if she was actually being possessed she would name someone more obscure and not people she probably read about before. They put her through 67 exorcism sessions and it did nothing. It was all clearly in her head and had nothing to do with the supernatural yet they were too prideful to except they were not suitable for the job.
I listened to the tape of one of the exorcisms and apparently she didn’t like the rosary because “it is a powerful weapon angainst us demons” she said.

My family and I were once at church, there weren’t much people there since it wasn’t a Sunday, a woman came by and sat next to me and my cousin but she looked really disturbed and glared at almost anything around her We finished praying and stuff and when the lady stepped out of her seat she started screaming and cussing in the middle of the church She yelled that her eyes burnt and she wanted to get away from here and hated why she came here in the first place. The priest of course told us (like around twenty people) to immediately leave but my mom and around five other people stayed and helped move the lady to the back room She scratched and bit at the people’s hands and even broke her own arm I know that they took her to the back room to pray on her and try to release the demon in her but we didn’t stick around for it sadly But the sight of her never left my memory and I don’t think it’ll ever leave
I have to think about it with the teenager one but I know in the 6th grade in NC we were made to take Latin as a foreign language. The other ones medications didn’t work because they were stopped by the family. They can only work if they’re taken and taken long enough to build up in the system.

The reason the girl could overpower a grown man is pretty simple: The Human Body never goes all out by default, only in a panic situation, that's why there are accounts of regular people lifting cars when their child was stuck under one. The reason from these are pretty obvious why our body doesn't allow us to do this regularly, one of the guy has broke his teeth doing this. So, when the girl was having one of these, "spazz outs" her body might've released the restraints from the situation, allowing her to overpower a regular man. There was this one story where a nun was charged with something involving I think a 5 year old girl. The court was in disbelief until the little girl exhibited phenomenal strength. However, The Holy Spirit can indwell a person. Some demon possessed might be of Holy origin. Which those that do the devil's work probably might accuse of demonic possession.
From an experience by someone I know, she had met the devil few years ago. From her perspective, the devil isn't like the others in which the others display rage, violence, hatred, egoism, tension, fiery mood. Meanwhile, the devil does not display such characteristics, he do have hatred and egoism but he was so calm, calculated, intelligent, cold, pure evil in which when she just only saw him, she already felt herself so weak and frightened that she couldn't able to stand. The devil messed up her mind, drove her into depression. Not only that, her family and also anyone whom blood related to her which are living nearby, are also disturbed in a very intense way. Imagine that both the person and all her siblings inside the house caught into a mass hysteria. She noted that the devil has a pair of wings and also has descendants, which were also played their part in the mass hysteria. She said that, the devil was alongside his own five children in that situation. Some of the time, the devil left his own kin to do it by themselves which he exits partially from her body then proceed to instantly gone away. After a period, he came back repossessing her vessel. Her parents asked help from various places, ranging from doctors, shamans, up to religious scholars. In her fight to claim her own freedom of life, religious scholars played a large part in achieving conclusion although it went for several months. She was free with several self injuries, malnutrition while others suffered minor effects. In the final moments, she was there asking the devil about why he did this to her and her family. The devil said, it was for fun no hard feelings, he was a little bored and would be happy to see her fell into madness, inflicting injuries to herself and others, severing relationship and family ties, homicide and end with suicide. He also said he had other plan for her if she didn't break, in which she has to accept the devil to be above all else. His last words were to challenge her to try warn every person she knows about him. In which ended with laughter, and said that nobody will believe her in any way because he owns this world already. I was left in expression of "wow okay". I don't know whether I would believe this or not. Thanks for reading.

I think Anneliese's situation is a very unfortunate one. Mental illnesses haven't been seriously researched and cared for until the last few decades. The 60s and 70s were very new to mental treatement methods. Now we know how serious they are and how they can affect people. Her intense religious upbringing and punishments during her childhood might have affected her and that's probably why her illness chose to react against religion. Like the voices during prayer and the reactions to religious objects. Mental illness is a very dangerous and serious issue.

I honestly think the priests never mentioned it publicly and wrote it in journals was the same reason why the Bible was created; bc writing leaves a legacy longer than a verbal story and the ambiguity can neither confirm or deny the events. Therefore the audience will forever be split on whether the events were true or not and will continue to debate in time. Leaving a legacy especially from the church is the goal in order to “keep the faith” just like bible has done for thousands of years. Just keep your balance between light and dark, things go smoothly that way.
I found very interesting that the Protestant Pastor told the parents to seek help from a Catholic priest, but the pastor himself keep been Protestant and not convert to Catholicism.
Father Nicola was my neighbor in NC, he was the priest who helped consult the filmmakers of The Exorcist, and he was the leading exorcist in the world for quite a long time. He had some hair-raising stories to tell. When he went north to a monastery (he was in his 80s then), he gave me one of his exorcism rosaries as well as some books...I can tell you, from my time spent talking to him, this stuff is for real. Don’t play with Ouija boards. Don’t mess with tarot cards and rune stones. Don’t go to Mormon temples. Don’t get involved with magic. Don’t attend pagan rituals. And don’t bring a necronomicon into your house.
In my country mass possession is a common thing in here (especially in school). Usually the religious figure/teacher would come and chants some prayer while the possessed person screaming hysterically and it actually works most of the time.
I personally am not religious myself, but this far overstates the decline of religion. There are still substantially more people in the world practicing religion in some form than those who do not.
The girl in 2:30 probably had bad things happened to her in the church which she blocked out from her memory and what happened to her was a lot of flash back and hallucinations which then lead to her breaking down mentally because they wouldn't leave her alone.

I learn English from cartoons well before I went into kindergarten and was taught English, my family only speak Cantonese. I also learn mandarin from listening to my friends and TV, the school I go to do not teach any Chinese language. The only one I properly learn is Malay language. I was also able to understand simple Japanese and Korean. I guess some people just learn language easily. You may not be able to speak fluently normally but can totally understood it and one day you just can.

I remember when i was in school ,we was watching the exorsism of emelie rose with our school priest ,and while we was watching that movie ,a fight between to guys began and they really hurted them self ,they ended in the hospital one with multi stiches on with chin and the other multi stiches under his eye ,all of us thought that it could be a work of the devil ,then we stopped imediatly the movie

Exorcisms are real I was able to sit in on an experience them myself in Italy a few years ago.. crazy experience to say the least.. woke me up to religion

Sorry to break it to you but they’re not. In this case most likely she was suffering from a neurological disorder like schizophrenia. Her symptoms match up, due to her religious background she envisioned herself going through a demonic possession (being afraid to enter churches, religious pictures, crosses, etc). She studied Latin before the incident and named 6 typical infamous figures (The very first murderer, the most infamous betrayer, the most infamous persecutor of Christians, the modern definition of evil, some random former priest who she'd have heard about in her studies, and Satan himself) who are not demons (except for Satan) by the fact they were living people. You would think if she was actually being possessed she would name someone more obscure and not people she probably read about before. They put her through 67 exorcism sessions and it did nothing. It was all clearly in her head and had nothing to do with the supernatural yet they were too prideful to except they were not suitable for the job.

I listened to the tape of one of the exorcisms and apparently she didn’t like the rosary because “it is a powerful weapon angainst us demons” she said.

My family and I were once at church, there weren’t much people there since it wasn’t a Sunday, a woman came by and sat next to me and my cousin but she looked really disturbed and glared at almost anything around her
We finished praying and stuff and when the lady stepped out of her seat she started screaming and cussing in the middle of the church
She yelled that her eyes burnt and she wanted to get away from here and hated why she came here in the first place.
The priest of course told us (like around twenty people) to immediately leave but my mom and around five other people stayed and helped move the lady to the back room
She scratched and bit at the people’s hands and even broke her own arm
I know that they took her to the back room to pray on her and try to release the demon in her but we didn’t stick around for it sadly
But the sight of her never left my memory and I don’t think it’ll ever leave
I have to think about it with the teenager one but I know in the 6th grade in NC we were made to take Latin as a foreign language.
The other ones medications didn’t work because they were stopped by the family. They can only work if they’re taken and taken long enough to build up in the system.

Well of course it's happening more. A lot of people watch stuff on the internet and then their imagination goes wild. The power of suggestion is a powerful thing and as long as you believe it hard enough then to you it's real. Even though it's not and it's often just fake or a person that needs medical attention.

@@John-Snow-777 well out of 7 billion people on this earth, and almost everyone having smartphones, where are the videos of demonic possessions??? and I'm talking about real ones, not those evangelist fake videos with actors. If 1/3rd of the heavens were cast out into earth for following Lucifer, that would mean we are swarmed by hundred of trillions of "demons". That would mean at least thousands of people should be getting possessed daily, but where are those videos? do I have to exert "faith" and just believe they exist? I can easily pull up videos of people getting shot in all parts of the world, but where are these so called demonic possessions (and ghosts)??
The reason the girl could overpower a grown man is pretty simple: The Human Body never goes all out by default, only in a panic situation, that's why there are accounts of regular people lifting cars when their child was stuck under one. The reason from these are pretty obvious why our body doesn't allow us to do this regularly, one of the guy has broke his teeth doing this. So, when the girl was having one of these, "spazz outs" her body might've released the restraints from the situation, allowing her to overpower a regular man. This is called Hysterical Strenght for anyone curious

There was this one story where a nun was charged with something involving I think a 5 year old girl. The court was in disbelief until the little girl exhibited phenomenal strength. However, The Holy Spirit can indwell a person. Some demon possessed might be of Holy origin. Which those that do the devil's work probably might accuse of demonic possession.

From an experience by someone I know, she had met the devil few years ago. From her perspective, the devil isn't like the others in which the others display rage, violence, hatred, egoism, tension, fiery mood. Meanwhile, the devil does not display such characteristics, he do have hatred and egoism but he was so calm, calculated, intelligent, cold, pure evil in which when she just only saw him, she already felt herself so weak and frightened that she couldn't able to stand.
The devil messed up her mind, drove her into depression. Not only that, her family and also anyone whom blood related to her which are living nearby, are also disturbed in a very intense way. Imagine that both the person and all her siblings inside the house caught into a mass hysteria. She noted that the devil has a pair of wings and also has descendants, which were also played their part in the mass hysteria. She said that, the devil was alongside his own five children in that situation.
Some of the time, the devil left his own kin to do it by themselves which he exits partially from her body then proceed to instantly gone away. After a period, he came back repossessing her vessel.
Her parents asked help from various places, ranging from doctors, shamans, up to religious scholars. In her fight to claim her own freedom of life, religious scholars played a large part in achieving conclusion although it went for several months. She was free with several self injuries, malnutrition while others suffered minor effects.
In the final moments, she was there asking the devil about why he did this to her and her family. The devil said, it was for fun no hard feelings, he was a little bored and would be happy to see her fell into madness, inflicting injuries to herself and others, severing relationship and family ties, homicide and end with suicide. He also said he had other plan for her if she didn't break, in which she has to accept the devil to be above all else. His last words were to challenge her to try warn every person she knows about him. In which ended with laughter, and said that nobody will believe her in any way because he owns this world already.
I was left in expression of "wow okay". I don't know whether I would believe this or not. Thanks for reading.

I believe her. The devil is real but so many people aren't able to realise it because they just dismiss it as mental illnesses. Mental illnesses are real but so is the devil.
@@sagawa1179 so anyone who believes in anything spiritual has mental illnesses? Just because you can't accept someone else's beliefs doesn't mean you must call them mental illnesses. Humans are spiritual creatures, the world we live in is spiritual but some people just want to make it seem like such a cold, calculated world. Not everything humans can explain and people need to learn that and deal with it.
@@May-we3fh Not everyone who believes in possession automically has a mental ilness. In your case it just means that you are a very suggestible person. The power of suggestion is strong and people who are weak minded and weak willed are just easily susceptible to such things.
@@May-we3fh As for the girl and her family. It just sounds like some untreated mental illness runs in the family. They should seek medical attention.
I think Anneliese's situation is a very unfortunate one. Mental illnesses haven't been seriously researched and cared for until the last few decades. The 60s and 70s were very new to mental treatement methods. Now we know how serious they are and how they can affect people. Her intense religious upbringing and punishments during her childhood might have affected her and that's probably why her illness chose to react against religion. Like the voices during prayer and the reactions to religious objects. Mental illness is a very dangerous and serious issue.

I honestly think the priests never mentioned it publicly and wrote it in journals was the same reason why the Bible was created; bc writing leaves a legacy longer than a verbal story and the ambiguity can neither confirm or deny the events. Therefore the audience will forever be split on whether the events were true or not and will continue to debate in time. Leaving a legacy especially from the church is the goal in order to “keep the faith” just like bible has done for thousands of years. Just keep your balance between light and dark, things go smoothly that way.

Father Nicola was my neighbor in NC, he was the priest who helped consult the filmmakers of The Exorcist, and he was the leading exorcist in the world for quite a long time. He had some hair-raising stories to tell. When he went north to a monastery (he was in his 80s then), he gave me one of his exorcism rosaries as well as some books...I can tell you, from my time spent talking to him, this stuff is for real.
Don’t play with Ouija boards. Don’t mess with tarot cards and rune stones. Don’t go to Mormon temples. Don’t get involved with magic. Don’t attend pagan rituals. And don’t bring a necronomicon into your house.

In my country mass possession is a common thing in here (especially in school). Usually the religious figure/teacher would come and chants some prayer while the possessed person screaming hysterically and it actually works most of the time.
I personally am not religious myself, but this far overstates the decline of religion. There are still substantially more people in the world practicing religion in some form than those who do not.

The girl in 2:30 probably had bad things happened to her in the church which she blocked out from her memory and what happened to her was a lot of flash back and hallucinations which then lead to her breaking down mentally because they wouldn't leave her alone.

@@joegeagea8097 I forgot about this video but as a person who spoke multilingual, I learned it on my own for some from listening to others speaking it. I learn English from cartoons well before I went into kindergarten and was taught English, my family only speak Cantonese. I also learn mandarin from listening to my friends and TV, the school I go to do not teach any Chinese language. The only one I properly learn is Malay language. I was also able to understand simple Japanese and Korean. I guess some people just learn language easily. You may not be able to speak fluently normally but can totally understood it and one day you just can.
