Jokic and Luka , thats real fundamentals of basketball ,! i prefer that kind of game over gun and run …Would like to c them playing together! Next is world cup gold !!! Idemooo 🇷🇸
NIKOLA JOKIC has changed the BIG MAN'S GAME with his UNIQUE SKILLSET. He is a SUPERB FASCILITATOR/ASSIST MAN, an ACCURATE PERIMETER SHOOTER (his PASSING and SHOOTING reminds me of LARRY BIRD), makes his TEAMMATES play better, and has an INCREDIBLE ALL AROUND GAME with HIGH BASKETBALL IQ. DENVER'S CORE TEAM is Talented, Skilled, Athletic, Young, Big, Solid, and will still get better. They have a reliable 2nd UNIT/BENCH, is an EXCEPTIONAL DEFENSIVE TEAM, and have an EXCELLENT COACH in MICHAEL MALONE. With JOKIC spearheading NUGGETS ATTACK, and his BRILLIANT 2-MAN GAME with JAMAL MURRAY clicking, they are capable of being a DOMINANT TEAM and will repeat as NBA CHAMPIONS in SEASON 2023-2024 🏆🏆
He reminds me of Larry Bird, Wilt Chamberlain, and Magic Johnson with the way he passes first shoots second and gets all his team mates always involved. He reminds me of the players from the old school in the way he has his mind in the game like a chess champion and he is several moves ahead. And he is humble. I liked his sportsmanship at the end of game 5 when he was hugging the players on the Miami Heat team.
Born in Madelia, Minnesota on October 25, 1946 Bird was bred to be a jockey. He was raised on a farm and had horses all around him while he was growing up
Shiiiit, fuck Melo… Never really cared for him… The 5’5’ Big fella Earl Boykins was my favorite Nugget player at the beginning of the Melo era!! It was long overdue that D town finally gets ring from the Nuggets!! Just need Rockies to now!!
Since Melo?! Try since pre Mutombo era with Chris Jackson aka Mahmoud Abdul Rauf circa 1990. This is a long time coming for Nuggets fans that go back to the 80's.
What they all forget when they talk about him and his championship , he won it with DENVER. it's not lakers it's not golden state nor Boston etc... It's Denver. That makes him even more special.
Jokic is the best player in the world and a top 5 center of all time. A true artist within the game of basketball, painting his legacy onto the canvas of the NBA. I love to watch him, and can’t wait to see him continue to play and win. If he gets at least one (hopefully more) more chips, he could easily be top 10 of all time.
My two favorite takes are: LeBron with that "but i do" because the whole NBA circus has ever underestimate LBJ mental game.... And T-Mac saying "I'd love to play with him" as the first thing to say... And as a player that was my first thought too... When you know basketball and you watch Denver playing you can't avoid thinking: i want to play there.
Nice video and some nice points from the players, however I disagree with Reggie. Nikola already got David Robinson's number for me. Admiral won 2 titles as a bus rider, and in the 2nd one he was a shell of himself. He was a great defender, but imho Joker's offense outweights Admiral's defense, plus postseason play margin is significant.
Jokic is SO fundamental with his play that he sees and executes on every little advantage which the defense gives him as he PATIENTLY PRESSURES THE DEFENSE to get the defense to react to what he is doing in the moment. Their reaction opens something up. Defense cannot take away everything so he literally takes whatever is given as he goes through his paces, and he has the mechanical skill to execute on the options as they appear. The essential skill he has is to ALWAYS be facing the basket vision-wise even when he is not apparently looking at the basket. This way he sees everything but also has the fundamental skills of passing, dribbling, and shooting at 7'1" to take advantage of whatever materializes as he forces the situation to develop, PATIENTLY.
I think Kevin has it about right when he says look at the picture, when your best player is in the third row. That's The Joker, zero ego, and happy when he is making others look good
To see them play together bring tears to my eyes. I love to watch every game. One of the plays I like is when Nikola passes the ball to Aaron under the rim to dunk with a defender trying to smack to ball away. When Aaron dunks the ball: Nikola, Aaron, and Michael yelled out at the same time.
Serbia, and former Yugoslavia is full of sport talents. Now we are apart but from time to time we can launch some new Jokic, Doncic, Djokovic, Divac, Stojakovic, Tesla, Pupin...
Yugoslavia is ridiculous in football/soccer too. I can only imagine this Croatian generation, which got to a 2nd and 3rd spot in WCs, with extra talents from Serbia, Slovenia... In terms of basketball, Jokic and Doncic alone could probably take Yugoslavia to a gold medal with good coaching (especially considering team USA no longer takes the best NBA players).
Beside Joker's on-court brilliance, what I really like... Is that he suits up and looks very professional to and from the game. Like the David Stern days when players had to wear suits. I love that!
Yes he is a different breed!!!!!He can drible he can shoot outside and free trow can pass he can do everything what else he is a Genius in Basketball.he is the different player as a Center and YES HE IS CHANGING THE PPLAYER AS A CENTER POSITION
Lebron likes joker so much that he made sure to pick him last at the all star game.. just another way they tried to exclude him from the club and minimize his accomplishments
And not to mention the The league f'ed up building "small ball" teams. Jokic is gonna punish anyone but when u got a smaller team with weak center, you don't stand a chance
It's ironic how HOF NBA players can appreciate how Jokic plays, but the sports media and non-factor NBA players like Perkins and Stephen Jackson remain clueless
What Zeke is trying to emphasize about Joker's game is what a lot of people are missing.... The IQ he plays with makes his impact on the court so great. How Reg gonna put David Robinson over Joker when he wasn't the best player on any of his chips, though😂 love the Admiral but Joker's definitely either caught up or passed him.
I get you, but I´d say I am with Reggie. To be considered all timer, like cream of the crop, a player of his caliber should be able to squeeze out one or two more ships - And I think they are here to stay. They did very well without two main guys. Contract situation looks good too. Let´s just enjoy the Jokic show. To me, it is fascinating to watch someone so extraordinarily good at what they do. Like his focus and chill vibe
"Yeah but he only has one MVP" "Yeah but he's gotta win a chip" "Yeah but he only has 1 chip" These people will never, ever ever ever be satisfied! God bless them!
Joker Aint asking No one hes Earning everything he gets! Cant Stop him. he is Dominating the Leauge. So whatever u think of him dont matter. His Play is doing all the talking. But so dam funny how Theres so many haters. Hes like the True rolemodel and a pure soul! But yall want Ja Morant as the face of the NBA. 😂 So funny
Like the kings commentator once said, if you don't like that, you don't like nba basketball. Similarly, if you don't like Jokic, you don't like the game of basketball.
The player bias is so obvious. Pre-Finals/MVPs basically only post players and passing point guards were the ones who thought Joker was genuinely a great player. The shooting guards and the two-way players only give him props after the team's success. He was always this good. Even now they struggle to explain why he is so good while Hakeem already knows that Jokic had the best footwork in the league 2 years ago.
Jokic and Murray might be the superstars the NBA needs right now. They aren't the divas who are in the middle of retiring currently, they juat love playing and want to get better.
People think he's 7'1" because he plays like it but in reality he's only 6'11". People also think he's 284lbs because he is listed as such and plays bully ball like it, but he is actually only about 260. No way you can have the endurance he's got at 284. He lost about 25lbs at the start of the bubble season and has remained trim since. He's basically the same size as Anthony Davis (6' 10" 253) and you can't see any size difference when the two of them stand next together.
Jokic loves to play games… loves his family and horses more. The difference between him and lebron is jokic has a job to do. Lebron thinks he’s a legend. Jokic brings his teams up. Lebron builds his teams and titles. There are natural leaders and there are wanna be leaders. Keep it real Jokic.
Weird, it’s almost like perk, skip bayless, and Nick “wright” only value muscular athletic men like Embiid over an intelligent and skilled champion like Jokic. I’m not one to jump to conclusions so I won’t here.
Billups is half right. I have seen Sabonis in his prime. If had not injured and came to the US he would be the GOAT. 7-3, 250 pounds, 35 inch vertical, he could shoot the three, pass like Jokic, run the floor, dunk, play elite defense. The world has not seen a better basketball player than Sabonis from 82 to 87 since he tore his achilees (three times in two years...). Look his highlights.
@@kendrelc5977 i agree that sabonis would probably not be the goat and i do think Jokic is more skilled for sure but i was just giving context to why prime hakeem dominated a injury riddled sabonis in his mid-30s.

Jokic and Luka , thats real fundamentals of basketball ,! i prefer that kind of game over gun and run …Would like to c them playing together!
Next is world cup gold !!! Idemooo 🇷🇸
I didn't pay much attention to playoffs last few years. But this year, with Joker, wow...interesting to watch
He is one and only, greetings from our hometown Sombor, Serbia,
When his horse won a race officials gave him the winner’s trophy he gave it to his driver. He’s the most humble athlete I’ve seen in my life
don't think I ever saw T-Mac speak so high about anybody
For anyone that says he couldn't play the same in the past needs to see what those that dominated in the past think about him.
There is no resembelence with Jokic and Chamberlain.
Born in Madelia, Minnesota on October 25, 1946 Bird was bred to be a jockey. He was raised on a farm and had horses all around him while he was growing up
Man I’m so happy my city got a mf ring man. Been waiting since melo
We’re not satisfied either
Shiiiit, fuck Melo… Never really cared for him… The 5’5’ Big fella Earl Boykins was my favorite Nugget player at the beginning of the Melo era!! It was long overdue that D town finally gets ring from the Nuggets!! Just need Rockies to now!!
Since Melo?! Try since pre Mutombo era with Chris Jackson aka Mahmoud Abdul Rauf circa 1990. This is a long time coming for Nuggets fans that go back to the 80's.
I'm saying I watched since English Issel Lever but then there are guys out there that remember Haywood this chip is for all of us Nuggets lifers
We had a parade in our city 🎉💪🏻
Always working hard, never bragging and always on top of his game. Yep, that's FreeDawkins.
He will influence young guys on his team with the way he puts his family first. He knows where his priorities are.
What they all forget when they talk about him and his championship , he won it with DENVER. it's not lakers it's not golden state nor Boston etc... It's Denver. That makes him even more special.
Not sure what you mean about that...
@@modbyarturo it means that championship was built, small market team, 2nd round draft superstar, who wouldve thought
@@modbyarturohis teammates aren’t all star
@@depdep1927 I get that Captain Obvious. But several are All-Star caliber.
This man could go down above Elway in Denver sports legends
Jokic and the Nuggets are so damn good ! Jokic has been underestimated so long despite 2x MVP and he showed why hes the best again
T-Mac hit the nail on the head.
Jokic has that dad bod strength. You might not see the muscle definition but he is strong AF.
Realizing that its more important to show respect to you opponent immediately instead of celebrating a NBA championship is beautiful.
Basketball legends call him special. Casuals call him boring.
👏
I think Kevin has it about right when he says look at the picture, when your best player is in the third row. That's The Joker, zero ego, and happy when he is making others look good
To see them play together bring tears to my eyes. I love to watch every game. One of the plays I like is when Nikola passes the ball to Aaron under the rim to dunk with a defender trying to smack to ball away. When Aaron dunks the ball: Nikola, Aaron, and Michael yelled out at the same time.
Epic
@@calamorta Yugoslavia are great team but I'm afraid they will kill each other in dressing room. 😅
Hrvatska hvala vam za vas fudbal ovih zadnjih godin
love listening to good players talking about other good players and he is as good as there right now
Beside Joker's on-court brilliance, what I really like...
Is that he suits up and looks very professional to and from the game. Like the David Stern days when players had to wear suits. I love that!
No one sees the court like Jokic but his bounce passing and over the top passing is amazing. Imagine MJ being a teammate w Scottie omg!
Yes he is a different breed!!!!!He can drible he can shoot outside and free trow can pass he can do everything what else he is a Genius in Basketball.he is the different player as a Center and YES HE IS CHANGING THE PPLAYER AS A CENTER POSITION
"The Joker is now a member of the Big Man Alliance" - Shaq 2023
Tracy Mcgrady respect from Serbia 🫡
And Jokic isn't posing for his 1st rap video, he wants to win the title then go right home to his wife, child and horses.
What NBA star posing for 1st rap video😂
He did make a pitstop to las vegas...
King
The best is yet to come 🤩 Goakic 🔥🙌🏻
History in the making unfolding before our eyes 🤍
I love NBA ❤
Do you by any chance know who that guy at the end is with the ChampionsChampionsChampions sweater? I love his take the most? Is it KG
Lebron likes joker so much that he made sure to pick him last at the all star game.. just another way they tried to exclude him from the club and minimize his accomplishments
Ledouche
@@ESL-O.G.In which language ledouche means shower man😂😂😂
LeRacist
yeah Jokic got the last word
and The NBA Championship AND THE MVP of the finals
That was BEFORE Jokic swept him & the Lakers. Now he knows Jokic is god-tier
And not to mention the The league f'ed up building "small ball" teams. Jokic is gonna punish anyone but when u got a smaller team with weak center, you don't stand a chance
If reggie miller had jokic, he would be the greatest shooter ever
If Steph had Jokic passing to him out of the post and perimeter, I can't even imagine.
The fact that Jokic can’t jump actually bodes well for his longevity and ability to stay healthy through the playoffs.
It's ironic how HOF NBA players can appreciate how Jokic plays, but the sports media and non-factor NBA players like Perkins and Stephen Jackson remain clueless
McGrady .."I ❤ him"..that says enough🙏🇷🇸👏❣️
KG cracks me up frfr 😂😂😂😂
What Zeke is trying to emphasize about Joker's game is what a lot of people are missing.... The IQ he plays with makes his impact on the court so great.
How Reg gonna put David Robinson over Joker when he wasn't the best player on any of his chips, though😂 love the Admiral but Joker's definitely either caught up or passed him.
And playing basketball is like 4th on his list of favorite things. Jokic said he’d be just as happy as a horse trainer. He’s just built different.
It is his time as a leader and The Denver Nuggets time as a team but I will also give a Shout out to their Head Coach and Assistant Coaches also.
There is no one like that in the League
Reggie Miller saying "It's only one championship!" 😂 How many you got, Reg? How about Stockton, Ewing, Malone, Barkley...
Reggie miller is lucky to be in the hall of fame
@@anthonysalazar8279 False.
Jokic is already and by far better than David Robinson. Not even close.
David Robinson got carried those two championships
I get you, but I´d say I am with Reggie. To be considered all timer, like cream of the crop, a player of his caliber should be able to squeeze out one or two more ships - And I think they are here to stay. They did very well without two main guys. Contract situation looks good too. Let´s just enjoy the Jokic show. To me, it is fascinating to watch someone so extraordinarily good at what they do. Like his focus and chill vibe
Nikola Jokic number one
"Yeah but he only has one MVP" "Yeah but he's gotta win a chip" "Yeah but he only has 1 chip" These people will never, ever ever ever be satisfied! God bless them!
The guy in the video who compared Joker with Sabonis knows what he's talking about, prime Sabonis is prime Joker, both outlandish players
😂 So funny
this guy is the New Face of the NBA
« He is one of one » KG speaks words of Truth
Excellent documentary.
It seems to be extraordinary to be humble in USA, he's so humble, he's so humble, ... :D
All these NBA Stars Praise him but the Media was All wrong!!!!😢
Nikola Jokic 🇷🇸❤️❤️❤️
Like the kings commentator once said, if you don't like that, you don't like nba basketball. Similarly, if you don't like Jokic, you don't like the game of basketball.
Imagine his daughter watching this video in the years to come ❤
most skilled big ever
LBJ’s compliments always sound like they include a compliment to himself
Facts😂 "he plays the way I like to play" is so cap
My heart is breaking from all these beautiful words THE JOKER IS SIMPLY THE BEST 👋👋👋👋👋👋
That is AbSerb!
Where could you have posSerbly heard that from?
who asked?

Jokic loves to play games… loves his family and horses more. The difference between him and lebron is jokic has a job to do. Lebron thinks he’s a legend. Jokic brings his teams up. Lebron builds his teams and titles. There are natural leaders and there are wanna be leaders. Keep it real Jokic.
I would like to thank NBA players for this recognition!!!..…Pozdrav iz Srbijeeee!!!!
He's gifted.
I think billups observation about jokuc being arbydas in his prime is pretty refreshing
I think its about time Kendrick Perkins and Nick Wrong starts considering carier change.
Tmac and Charles Barkley the realest ones!
Larry Bird + Tim Duncan = Nikola Jokic
They gotta stop saying he's one of the smartest big man to ever play. He's one of the smartest players to ever play the game. Period!
People say he can't jump, and that's true. But he can do everything else like a master
So this is why he don't need to jump 😅. Just image if he could jump as well
King of Denver. And an even better person.
In 5 years The NBA will be enjoyable to watch🎉. There will be in every team three 7'7 players who can do everything🎉🎉🎉
He Def earned my respect
“I think the best is yet to come”
Shaq said “if you cut he’ll get you involved, the guys play harder because they know he’s gonna get them involved”
Joker is another level of a player HE GOT A GIFTED TALENT FROM THE LORD ABOVE !!!!
Repeat Champs 🏆 next year 🏆
Good content. I strongly suggest upgrading your mic and recording kit.
KD was praising Joker since 2018 if I am not wrong
Sabonis was good but he wasn’t half the player Jokic is. Jokic runs an entire offense. Not even being funny but Hakeem used to destroy Sabonis.
@@tjay6469 thats because he was playing a sabonis in his 30s who had blown out his knees.
@@aj1092either way saying sabonis would be the goat and could pass like joker is silly and d riding lol
@@kendrelc5977 i agree that sabonis would probably not be the goat and i do think Jokic is more skilled for sure but i was just giving context to why prime hakeem dominated a injury riddled sabonis in his mid-30s.
