Huang's World, originally called Fresh Off the Boat. It's really been half a decade already, eh. With this series, Eddie became the first Asian(-American) media personality that I saw who actually spoke his mind out freely about racial politics, at least in professionally-produced-show format. It was refreshing to see; someone needed to break the barrier to engage in honest dialogue, even if people will disagree.
Since I first saw this episode, I've had brains in hotpot. Anyone else from Bay Ridge, Brooklyn? One of these days I'll try the brain sandwich from Karam. I've been telling myself that for years.
The original Fresh Off The Boat was taken OFF youtube so it won't be CONFUSED with the up and coming Fresh Off The Boat TV SHOW. Eddie's show was given a new name and moved onto the Munchies channel. It's not like new content isn't being created, it's just that the contents aren't released yet. Having these re-uploaded is better than not having them.

Fresh Off the Boat was great, especially for Eddy, he doesn't really have much to offer but a bit of food knowledge and a minute bit of entertainment with his wack outfits and commentary, so why change the title Vice???
