What a brilliant job you are doing...I am finding it fascinating and informative and I haven't even got a boat, let alone a ferro!...Thank you so much for documenting this process.
You have passed on a lot of great recommendations for ferro painting preparations and products to use. I am so grateful. Looking forward to the next steps you will take.... thanks!
Thanks Soo much for your insight I'm a young guy doing the same to my 37' ferrocement cutter

You da man
You have a great thanksgiving too!
Did you ever record the Ferrocement paint job? was curious how it came out. My Father in law built a 65ft Gaff Rig Schooner out of Ferrocement.
Can you pre prime 167 on a fiberglass boat? Will it help seal and fill crazing and cracks?

It all depends on temperature. The thumb test is your best bet.
Stick your thumb on the tape where the product hit and push down for 1-2 seconds. If nothing sticks to your thumb your ready for the next coat 👌
Hello, good and educativ video...like and sub...Gretings from Croatia:)
I see it now.
It was stupid not to remove all the old paint that down to the concrete and do the entire boat
