Got my mind going so I looked it up, this is what popped up on the Goole .. Makes sense, those crazy baldheads needed a skull cap! ... "The zucchetto is likely to have been worn by clergy since the 13th century. It may have originated from the pileus, a close-fitting, brimless hat worn by the Romans, and may have been originally used to keep clergy warm in cold churches. It may also have been used to cover the shaved heads of clergy who took a vow of celibacy, as it was originally worn over the part of the head where a ring of hair was cut off. The Italian word zucchetto means "small gourd", which may be because the panels sewn together to make the cap resemble the dome of a pumpkin or gourd."
Also found this fascinating page on the history of the "Judenhut" or jewish hat, which Christians wanted jews to wear to keep track of the jews I guess .. early examples looked more like a pointy witch hat. It's a mad world! blog.nli.org.il/en/lbh_jewish_hat/
Here's an article I found on this topic .. the camera he used was probably set to burst mode, where you take multiple shot all at once .. I think it's sorta strange how in that interview they're still claiming that shot caught the bullet that hit Trump, when the angle woudln't make it anywhere near close enough to hitting his upper ear. www.cbsnews.com/news/photographer-doug-mills-capturing-bullet-trump-rally-assassination-attempt-trumps/
@@NightwatchN8 TBH I suspect it's AI generated, or photoshopped even. Although I must admit my camera has a single press burst mode button, it would take time to press it and by then the bullet would have gone.
@@lu-uf8zj A few people were asking for the RAW format of the image, as far as I can tell it hasn't been released .. just to the FB! of course, according to that interview 😎
Phenomenal assessment 👏
Great rant!
Thanks for the feedback! Had alot on my mind that day 🤯

That Pope hat sure does remind me of a Jewish hat. I never noticed that before.

@@NightwatchN8 I guess I could have looked it up as well. lol
couldn't the bullet photo just be a frame from a video?
That's what I thought, but I'm pretty sure an article I read said it was taken after a photo
