  • Tzatziki! It is a wonderful sauce and I have many ways of making it. This version of Tzatziki utilizes Silken tofu as a base. I have other variations where I use Cashews as a base or our Dairy Free Yogurt. This video not only covers the recipe for making Tzatziki but also some helpful tips to make it the best sauce it can be! Would you like to see my other variations of Tzatziki or perhaps another sauce? Let us know in the comments!

Those gloves really are useful. I always find myself nicking myself when cutting lettuce or cabbage (always in the beginning too) so they really help. Just wish I could find a XL version designed for large hands.

I love tzatziki sauce! There's a Turkish place where we can take out from a lot and I just always get extra. I think I'm definitely going to try this recipe, I'm trying to give myself opportunities to use tofu and this sounds like a really good recipe for. Now completely unrelated to the video, I bought a bag of nutritional yeast, and I'm trying to get used to it but I guess I'm so used to Parmesan cheese and other cheese ingredients that nutritional yeast seems a bit off to me. Did you ever experience that when you first started using nutritional yeast? I guess I just need a new mindset when approaching these things. Thank you for the recipe! ✌️💛🥂

We have a video to make it more like parmesan cheese. Alone it’s not all that wonderful. th-cam.com/video/A6KNT2GUJIM/w-d-xo.html

Gloves!? What if we want pieces of knuckle and fingertip in our tzatziki?
In addition to nooch, have you tried adding miso to the sauce? I think a teaspoon would add a bit of depth to the sauce but at the same time it may be a little over powering.

I wouldn’t want miso in this I don’t think. It should be tangy like yogurt, not really strong umami.

Aren't tofu and cashews extremely expensive in your country? Thank you for this delicious recipe!

Cashews have gone up, but we still use them. Tofu? Not really expensive no.

For tofu it depends on where you buy it, but not too bad. To be honest probably the same with cashews. Legitimate international markets are probably both best price and selection.

You can find the brand of silken tofu featured in this video for 1-1.25 USD and some Dollar Tree locations in the US. Even at larger grocery stores it typically isn't more than 2.50 USD in my area.

That cucumber water works as a great healthy "energy drink". Full of electrolytes :)
