Russians I've met here in the west are some of the coolest people. Their language is beautiful, their accented english is sexy and their women are hot.

He wasn't making fun of Russians. He actually learned some things about them and made accurate statements. Its painfully obvious when people dont know what theyre talking about. He was harsher to Germany and the one about the French was just a plain caricature, but they were obvious jokes.
