I watch a lot of your videos. I picked up this truck for my 8 year old son and he’s showing a lot of care and responsibility. Thank you for these updates.
@@ExocagedRC I had him watch me make improvements to the shocks to the rear of the truck, now I have to do the two front shocks, but it was a vast improvement
first of all I gotta say that you do a great job on your channel ...for us guys that have been away from the hobby for a long minute ...whenever I'm doing anything with my fleet I always check in with you to see if you have the answers Im looking for..... so now that I'm adding the Mojave V2 to my RC garage Im definitely going for these Vitavon wheels and pro line tires tires for my MOJAVE....My only thing is Idon't recall you addressing any clearance issues with this Mod .... like trimming the body or tire rubber on the body etc..... help me out?? Thanks again ....and keep up your great contributions to our Hobby.............
No clearance issues as the tires are the same size. I think I have a set of Mojave wheels with red rings for the hyrax tires. If you’re interested email me. Exocagedrc@yahoo.com
go for the Silver body!! it's gonna look amazing. as for shock fluid, I would suggest 70-80 wt on same springs. another concern might be the diff fluid with the extra power and weight. stock is 10K front and rear. if you like the same driving experience, go 25- 30K
My Mojave hasn't even arrived yet (due in a few weeks) and I am lusting for these wheels. But holy heck, they are $$$ (And what is it with your hater that downvotes the moment you post?)
Hi: I have the Vivaton Beadlocks already and I'm trying to find those Hyrax tires through Ebay and Amazon because I ordered the Pro Line Hyrax 1.9 and they don't have the teeth pattern inside in the tire for the Vivaton Beadlocks. Where can I buy those tires because I can't find them? Please help! Thanks!

@@ExocagedRC Thank you. I’m really stuck on theses aluminum headlocks after seeing how awesome your rig looks. Because I’m a newbie, would those rims and tires look to big? I have the Proline Volkswagen build in the works
Those are from Vitavon on eBay. He has several colors available. In the description there are links to Vitavon stuff, you can click his name and look at his store if you want
@@ExocagedRC Thanks you. I found it. They're $107 a pair. There's a few Proline Hyrax tires with different prices/codes. Do you have the product code for your tires so I order the right ones.
I took my time and set them up with both hands a few times before the video began. Make sure the tire ribs are correct on the wheel, if you rush it, they can easily slip out and cause issues.
Hey Excocaged Rc. Im going to buy an Mojave tomorrow from my hobby store. I was wondering, if you are running 8s on the stock motor/esc? Also very nice video. Might have to buy these wheels for my mojave :D

@@ExocagedRC Well done another great video!! I hope you put a 1650KV Motor and I'am also very interested on the swaybars you mentioned. I haven't seen anyone address a Mojave swaybar mod yet. I was thinking of installing 17mm extenders and I'm sure I will pick up more great tips on that video as well.
First of all, those are gorgeous. obviously the quality is second to none. But I will never buy these for 2 main reasons. The first reason is I don't have 2 hours to assemble one rim nor do I have the patience. secondly, and maybe more important. I have no desire to triple-a rotational mass on my truck. Which in no way shape or form Could benefit acceleration stopping and handling wise, but it looks incredible.

Hey did you do the m2c wheel hex mod at all? I heard they had an issue with the normal hexs with rubbbing and melting plastic stock wheels
Did you happen to get any binding inside the rear wheels with the stock hubs? My Vitavons are all scraped up inside... was curious about yours.
I did notice a bit of rubbing, I just filed down the top of the hub a bit.
There are several types of Proline Hyrax tires. Which model did you fit to those wheels for the Mojave? Thanks for the great review!
Badazz!!! Do they make rims that fit a Truggifyed Typhon 6s?
I’ve no idea. I’d guess these would bolt on but you’re stuck with the Hyrax tire if you do.

Does anyone know if these would work with the M2C Racing double wheel nut hub?
Yes
And another question are these wheels and tires taller and wider than stock
She's a BEAST!!!
Beautiful 😍
Just bought some of these for my Mojave. Where did you get the Willys bodies I see on the shelf behind you?

Exocaged RC mahalo I’ll keep trying 🤙have a good day n thank you for replying
Where do you find the Hyrax Proline tires tires? I could find them on their sight
Have you checked the links in the description?
Nothing about size and nothing about tires
It’s listed as proline Hyrax for UDR.
I was thinking the special notches on the inside of the tire were a special ring. Awesome, thanks, I’ll pick them up now👍🏼

Looks awesome! Did you ever have issues with the hex stripping? It’s pretty pricey for those to strip!
Haven’t had that issue yet
Do you have a link to the tires
Why i need the vitavon knuckels? Can i drive the wheels on the standard knuckels
Do you know if those bead lock wheels will fit on the kraton 6s
Arrma needs to put the motor in front for weight. With two batteries Tray's in back like the 5th scale platform
Those are nice 🔥 🔥 🔥 what was the name of the tire and size???
Proline Hyrax for the UDR.
Are you using go pro?
Which proline hyrax tires are you running on the mojave?

Do the stock tires fit the Viavon wheels?
How durable do you think those wheels are? I would love a set for my Mojave

How much do the wheels weigh each?

What tires are those?
What is the setup in this Mojave
Any chance anyone knows the weight differences between stock wheel / tire and the vitavon wheel an hyrax ?
Do those fit on you Losi DBXL-E 2.0? You also have some very useful info in your videos ✌
no sir these are way way too small for the DBXLE2.0 Thank you I always try to include at least a little tech in them.
I have 3/4 of it sitting the other 1/4 jus can’t get it
I’d thicken diff oils all the way round bro
Amen!
Wheel looks expensive. The link didn't go anywhere for the wheels.
1/7scale bypass shocks

$200 for a set of RC Truck wheels? I can get a set of off road wheels for my Tacoma for $600. That's ridiculously expensive.
