Hi Kristine, you can make an info pass appointment at your local USCIS office and they will give you an extension stamp in your passport. TIP -- mail in more evidence regarding your marriage that is current and they may waive the interview!!!

Hi, you should be receiving the receipts soon! You will get a work permit. With regard to your school requesting domicile--all schools are different so you must ask what is the schools specific requirement.

Filing jointly (tax) is not mandatory! U can file as married but filing separately
