Different type of video today, a sort of tutorial for how to make and print with lino. I am by no means an expert, this is just how I do it!

Very insightful to teach us the tracing paper method and even showing your brand of EssDee lino cutters.

Make your own wrapping paper. 😊 As I a kid we did lino sketching in art class, but the technique went away like so many. Glad to see it has returned. Hello from Queensland Australia.

I've just done my first ever lino stamp and was so happy to see you use stamps. I wanted a print to show to my friend, but doing the roll on inking would habe been too messy for my tiny room. So this was the perfect solution for a quick first print. Thank you so much. ❤️🙏🏻

Super video. I'd never thought of using stamps to ink the lino. Just one thing though, please don't cut towards your fingers. Those cutters are really sharp and can do serious damage to fingers. Best to use a cutting board with a stop on one edge and push the lino to the stop and cut in that direction; you can always turn the lino round as you need to.

what tool did you use to transfer the image from the tracing paper to the Lino underneath?

its just a regular pencil! when you lay it on the lino and retrace it, it transfers the graphite onto the lino!
