I've watched a good number of these videos now and I want you to know how inspiring it is.
I can only imagine how INCREDIBLE your company is going to look after 3 months, then 6 MONTHS then a YEAR of
constant and never ending improvement.
Thank you for showing me how SWEEPING, SORTING, AND STANDARDIZING LOOKS in the shop.
I'm going to apply it to my life. The before and after pictures and videos are ALWAYS SO HELPFUL.
I listen to Paul Aker's "2 Second Lean" all the time and can listen to that chapter on the company HOKS over and over.
So a shout out of respect for your company, and how the little things are going to make you an industry leader over the next few years.
As John Wooden said, "There are no BIG THINGS, only a logical accumulation of little things done at a very high standard of performance."
