Love seeing how passionate you are about your comic books, you come across as really genuine, honest and happy! Subbed. P.S. You remind me of the awesome Robin Williams.... A LOT.
Best part for me is the genuine cat that ate the canary SMILE on your face with each book you show. Your love for collecting shows and makes it very entertaining....Keep it up!.
Definitely. I'm not sure how this came to be, but many years ago comic books became a part of my lifestyle and it's been this way ever since, some years more than others of course.... and will do regarding content, I hope to be here for many years to come :)
I come back to this video every so often. Your voice is so calm and pure, mixed with the crinkling it’s so relaxing It has been so hot this week. Thank you for making these videos. While I’ve never read a comic book in my life, I love listening to you explain all the characters and the authors. Thank you so much chycho!
+Weeps4ourSpecies Thanks for the complements, brother. Appreciate people enjoying the collection and definitely an honor being called the Bob Ross of comics, so much so.... peace :)
It's always nice to see someone who has a passion for an art form. I myself am not a comic book reader, but this show-and-tell is quite fascinating; I forget just how far comic book history goes back. How do you decide which books you want for your collection?
AstralDragoon It depends if I'm buying for reading, investing, flipping, or keeping it for the long term because I think it's super cool. In general, I stay away from gimmicks, even though i've been known to buy some, and I usually buy things that I love. Here is a video I put out talking about "How and Why I Buy Comic Books": th-cam.com/video/NTpOAaNYyt4/w-d-xo.html In the next few days, week or so, I'll be adding another comic book video that talks about what I'm buying at present. It should give you a pretty good idea of what I look for :)
+chycho I like your philosophy. "Buy what you love!" Otherwise, you're gambling with your money with a possible double-negative payback. Lack of monetary gain and lack of enjoyment (if you keep it packaged and unread.) My grandmother had a life philosophy, "Use it up, wear it out. Make it due or go without." PS: I love your low-voice. Very soothing; ASMR quality bro. keep it up!
your collection is sick but your face and voice makes me so relaxed bro I can tell your a very cool laid back guy bro very calm and happy I had to sub you brother I know this is a year old but just saw this and had to comment and watch keep em coming see this is what happens when you collect something you love for so long good for you bro
+east ny's finest Thanks for subbing, brother, and welcome to my channel. As for your comment, I couldn't agree more, " collect something you love", the best way to live life :)
You seem like a really chill guy and I thank you for this. May sound weird, but I'm playing this in the background as I write up my term papers and your enthusiasm/tone is both relaxing as well as helping me focus. You have my sub good sir!
I just love this! I love how passionate you are with comics, mathematics, food etc. You seem so happy it has life and appreciate what you have and I respect that ;)
Now this was a thoroughly relaxing and pleasant video. Definitely like listening to people who are passionate about something, like math and comics in this case, and are able to express their feelings in such a sincere, positive and calm way. Subscribed and looking forward to more relaxing and lengthy videos such as this one, thank you.
Ive spent so much time looking at your comic book videos and i LOVE IT!!! i cant stop collecting comics books.. ive always been so into japanese mangas and reading them online i never knew that the american comics could be so good!!! my father passed away last year due to cancer and left me a huge collection of comics.. ive only started scratching the surface but your enthusiasm and the way you love your comics made me want to start reading them... long story short im avid collector and reader of all comics and magnas now.. thank you so much for making these videos and being so passionate about something you love. Keep up the good work and videos and thank you for making these :)
+komicsify My pleasure, brother, and I'm sorry to hear about your dad. It's a beautiful thing that he left you though, you'll be spending many hours reading what your dad had spend many hours reading, an amazing partying gift. As for manga, I've read some key stories and loved them. The top three being Akira, Tekkonkinkreet, and Lone Wolf and Cub. I definitely have to read a few more. Do you know what comics you're going to start off reading first? Do you know which ones your dad liked the most?
chycho Akira was amazing! ill have to try reading the other ones you mentioned. My dads favorite comics were always anything with team ups like JLA and Avengers etc. But he always like Batman more then any of the others and I think that sorta shaped me into being a Batman fan boy as well. I've gotten through a lot of the Batman comics but I think I'll go with something Marvel next to keep it balanced he only really collected the two franchises. Most likely I'll pick Aquaman because I feel he's underrated and I think that might've been my dad 2nd favorite, Do you have any suggestions as to your favorite dc /marvel comics?
Oh My! Favorite DC or Marvel, now that's a biggie. As for Marvel, I've always loved X-Men, and I think always will. Three other team books that I loved reading from Marvel were New Warriors, X-Factor, and Excalibur. As for DC, Lobo Lobo Lobo... love the main man :) ... as for team books from DC, love Omega Men and L.E.G.I.O.N. 89+.
AHhh yeah I've a always been a huge X-Men fan! Nightcrawler always being my favorite. I'm going to check out all the ones you named and especially Lobo, you seem to have a lot of love for him! Thanks for responding to my all my comments! you're the best! Oh and one more thing, more comic book videos please!
It's always my pleasure talking about comics. As for more comic book videos, I have one more edit of a math video to put out and then there is another set of comic books readings coming... i've shot two of the videos already and have a few more to do before putting the set together... look for them within the next two weeks. By the way, if you like Nightcrawler, which I really do as well, one of my favorite X-Men, then read Excalibur. You will love it! :))
Great comics and collection! I have myself acquired some 60,000 comics plus original movie posters and all manner of pop culture collectables of the 50's and 60's and often get very stressed trying to maintain some semblance of organization and that's where you come in, watching your videos has a calming affect and allows me to focus more effectively. Love ASMR and very happy to have discovered your channel!
I wish you did, "let me show you some of my comics, straight out of the box" on a monthly basis. I love these videos so much i watch them almost every day.
Fun :) One day I do want to organize everything, when that time comes, I'll try and share as much as I can, until then, if I dive into the boxes looking for something, I'll make more of these, promise. I do love it.
+rappeezy Glad you liked. As for being chill, for the most part I am but there are certain topics that do get me riled-up, just like anyone else. One of these topics does show up in a comic book reading that we'll be doing for Set #3, coming up soon-ish.
Your collection is absolutely amazing! And you just seem like such an awesome, down to Earth guy-VERY refreshing to watch and listen too :) Def subscribed and please keep up the great work!!!
Injustice is amazing. I read the digital work that was put out back in 2013 but I'm way behind now. At some point I do plan on picking up where I left off, have to see when that will be though. My to read stack is getting pretty big right now. By the way, if you're interested, here is a post I made about Injustice in 2013. Had no idea u were a ( former ) comic book addict until I started snooping around ur channel. Now I'm definitely pleased I subscribed to it. By the way, I couldn't agree with u more in reference to ur obvious conclusion about Lobo. I've been trying to find the time to did up my old classic issues of Lobo. In it where Keith G, ( Green be does the amazing graphic artwork with his unique flair. How do u feel about Cable by Kordy?
Oh WOW! I didn't know about Igor Kordey's Cable. Just checked it out. Looks Amazing! I get these issues from wiki: Cable #97-105, 107, are these the ones?... and I do have some of his New X-men books, might have to dig those up again.
@@chycho Yep. Soldier X. I'm also going through my collection of anything Simon Gane, which naturally I also highly recommend. And now back to world events. (Namely the attacks in Russia 🩸)
Thanks, John, I'll take a Bob Ross comparison any day :) As for getting you into collecting again, not sure if I should say sorry or congratulations. The comic book world can be a dangerous and addictive place... and, of course, rewarding and a lot of fun.
Will you ever do one of these pre-recorded (not a live stream), Let’s show you (more) of my comic book collection (ASMR)? They are my favourite video’s here on TH-cam.
Hello Jen, hope life is well :) .... as for more of these edited readings (videos in general), for sure, but I need to do a major hardware upgrade - actually need to buy a new system. I had a hard drive fail last year and some major hiccups on my main work computer this year, so I'm not able to process long videos like these right now. I'm looking to do the major upgrade sometime in early 2021 and be back up in full production mode by Spring on 2021 - just need to put enough funds away to do the buy that will see us into the next 1,000 videos. Sorry for the delay, but I'll do my best to get back up again as soon as possible.
ComicHorder410 Yup, the EC's are basically the pride of my collection. I actually just put out two videos reading each one of the annuals that I show in this video. Here they are if you are interested in taking a look: Weird Science-Fantasy Annual #1 th-cam.com/video/oLU1EHXIIoQ/w-d-xo.html Weird Science-Fantasy Annual #2 th-cam.com/video/ra7pfTlGVfU/w-d-xo.html Hope you enjoy :)
I really enjoy watching your videos. I just recently looked up ASMR too and now I know why I keep watching these videos! I too also collect comic books and enjoy you sharing your collection! It's very inspiring! Keep up the good work and consider me subscribed!
Thanks :) .... as for Primer #2, it took me a while to find it, and super glad to have it. I actually did a reading of it if you want to take a look at it: th-cam.com/video/ai8SzwvwtRc/w-d-xo.html And here is Primer #5 (first Maxx): th-cam.com/video/KegGumBvd6U/w-d-xo.html Fun :)
Thank you, and love The Tick, we even did a reading of it two years after putting out this video. Here is the link: "Reading Comics: The Tick Special Edition #1, First Appearance, Ben Edlund, NEC, 1988 [ASMR]" th-cam.com/video/ER3kJL54fCo/w-d-xo.html
You talking makes me very relaxed and it's really interesting to listen to you.I'm only a kid but I do have my own comic collection old and modern and I think comics are awesome!
This is cool! Comics had took me back here. Are those comic wall still there? Im planning to decorate my work shop with comics/collectables stuff as well.
I love how well you look after your comic collection, and what a collection it is! Gosh. I'm currently reading the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collections from IDW (Vol 1, 2 and 3) and I'm loving them especially the art style 🐢. I also collect and love Tintin comics! When I was a kid my parents had piles of old collections of Archie, Jughead, Betty & Veronica, Little Dot, Hot Stuff, Spooky, Wendy, and Asterix & Obelix.Wow, I can almost still smell the pages 😌. Now I'm a 33 year old kid 😆 Great video thank you! More vids on comics please 🙏🏻🤓
Thanks Crimpy, and will do regarding more comic vids, next batch will start mid October. ps. My comic book love started with Tin Tin as well, I actually still have the copies I had from when I was a kid and I'll show those at some point.
i really likee comic books, and i have started collecting them but in my country there arent any comic book shop. my favourite hero is Flash but i like superman, batman justice league, deadpool, x-men, spiderman and many more superheros and other characters. could someone tell good Internet shops?
I had some Mad Magazine, Crazy and Cracked, and the Beano dating back to the late 1970s and early 1980s when I bought and read them. I was born in 1971. I never got so far as to cover anything I collected in plastic: comics, coins, or stamps (which I had some albums for). Really the most special comic book I ever came across was the official life story of Pope John Paul II approved by the Catholic Church which I picked up when the man visited Sydney in 1986.
+AtlasGaveUp Thanks, brother... as for Hellblazer, definitely one of the greatest comic book series ever created. Love it, too bad about the TV show though. I think the actor was doing an amazing job with Constantine.
+chycho I liked it too. I also agree with the actor doing a good job. I think his name was Matt Ryan or something similar to that. I guess I wasn't too surprised by it going off-air given it seems to happen with most shows I like, lol. Hellblazer stuck with me from a young age. Probably that and "The Darkness" being the big two. Watching this video almost makes me want to start collecting again. ;)
Your videos are the best comic-related ASMR clips on TH-cam. I love how enthusiastic you are about your comics...it's infectious. I'd love to see you do a reading video of that Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds comic sometime. Anyway, thanks for making these videos and I hope that there's more to come. :)
Thanks, Paul... as for more videos? Yup, slowly I plan on putting together a lot more videos, and I'll add Mysteries of Unexplored Worlds to the 'to read list'. Peace :)
I know it's odd to comment on a video that's old with a sort off topic statements I bought some omnibuses Silver Age Supergirl, Silver Age Teen Titans, and Silver Age Batman & Superman in World's Finest Next month I'm planning on getting both volumes of the Silver Age Justice League Future omnibuses: Bronze Age JLA, Brave and Bold Batman Bronze Age, Silver Age Green Lantern, Silver Age Flash, & Batman and the Outsuders JLA and Brave and Bold by March, the rest I don't know when I already own Golden Age Superman, Batman, & Wonder Woman. And plan on getting future volumes of those
While I'm stating random facts I might as well say that the two biggest chunks of my comic book collection are Archie Comics & EC. And I've just recently started to collect golden age Superman/Batman/Wonder Woman. Wild mix, huh? lol
chycho You’re welcome man 🙂 you’ve got a sweet Amazing Spider-Man collection. I’m trying to get some Amazing Spider-Man comics myself. I did get Amazing Fantasy a couple years back for a birthday present. Still haven’t opened it, wanna keep in in that nice sealed condition you know? Haha
haha... well, we have done the readings for the first appearances of Carnage, fun reads and Carnage is definitely one of my all time favorite characters so I am, to say the least, definitely pleased about what's going on in the series right now... as for a reading, let's see how it plays out, but the odds are I probably won't do a reading yet, it's way to early... maybe we do one in about 15 to 20 years when the Red Goblin becomes a classic :)
Subscribed. Relaxing video, and inspired me to get into comics :) I never really gave comics a chance growing up, but videos like this motivate me to get involved and pick some up. I bought the first issue of Wytches, and I love it, I'm going to try get some superhero stuff too.
Great collection ! When I was a kid I saw some Errie and Vampirella comics with a school friend. I loved them so much I went to the shop to buy my own. When my father saw the half naked womem in them he got so angry he stormed back to the shop with them. I thought he would murder the newsagent haha. The Irish catholic mentality of old I guess.
So I was at the local comic store and had remembered you mentioning "Valiant"...looked up some reviews and picked up Harbinger and XO Manowar. Just finished XO and I'm pretty excited about Harbinger. Funny thing is I always planned on getting the new IMPERIUM series only based on CoverArt...crazy coincidence that it was in a family of books you recommended. Glad I came across your ASMR page, lots of good sleep nowadays.
***** Sweet! Glad you are enjoying the good sleeps, and very glad that you are enjoying Valiant reads. Since i made this video I have been going ballistic reading Valiants. I'm actually at a point that except for a handful of comics I'm exclusively reading only Valiants and trying to fill back issues. I'm actually going to be putting out a video soon about a Valiant haul I found at a local comic shop. I was like a little kid with a huge smile on my face from cheek to cheek when I was paying for the books. I'm pretty sure you're going to love Harbinger :)
Hey Chycho, I've just read 'Something is killing the children'. I really enjoyed it. worth a purchase if you can find them but they're going up in value it seems now.
This series hit my radar when it first came out, I picked up a couple of the early issues (no #1 though)... great art and great story telling... as for the prices of the early issues, wow wow wow they are high.
I love your videos and your love for the topics you discuss really shines through. Your videos are inspiring, educational and fun. One question though. Exactly what type of picture frames do you use to frame your comics? Framed comics look really nice.
The ones you see behind me are all random frames that a client that was moving passed onto me, so they were a gift, a very nice gift at that, so I basically use what I have sitting around. That said, you do want a little depth to the frames so that the glass isn't pushing to tight on the comics.
Where do you you find you protector sleeves? I noticed you bag and board as well as add the additional sleeve and I would like to purchase some for myself. Great video man, really soothing as well as informative.
Secret Wars #8 is the origin of the symbiote, not the first appearance. Marvel Age #12 was the first sketch in a comic, and ASM #252 was the first full appearance.
It would be cool to start a series on that , that's for sure. A huge project though, maybe slowly. I'll let the idea bounce around in my head for a bit and see what comes up. Thanks for the suggestion.

Oh WOW! I didn't know about Igor Kordey's Cable. Just checked it out. Looks Amazing! I get these issues from wiki: Cable #97-105, 107, are these the ones?... and I do have some of his New X-men books, might have to dig those up again.
ps. welcome to my channel :)
@@chycho Yep. Soldier X. I'm also going through my collection of anything Simon Gane, which naturally I also highly recommend. And now back to world events. (Namely the attacks in Russia 🩸)
@@prematureoptimism7125 Cool, will check them out :)
... and yup, world events, interesting times.
I appreciate the videos man. You've got a Bob Ross joy for comics that has influenced me to start collecting again.
Thanks, John, I'll take a Bob Ross comparison any day :)
As for getting you into collecting again, not sure if I should say sorry or congratulations. The comic book world can be a dangerous and addictive place... and, of course, rewarding and a lot of fun.
dude, you seriously got an awesome collection. i don't collet comics but i do collect action figures from marvel
Thanks, brother. I've been at it for over 25 years so I've had a lot of time to built it.
Great video! Big fan of the Hellblazer series myself.
I love how happy you are !! :) Great asmr too, and i love the length of the video
Since when Serj Tankian started ASMR channel :D ?
Chycho you’re awesome man love your channel
Thanks, lots of love right back :)
Love the EC books! I have a short box of original ECs myself. Great stuff, I subbed. Take care!
ComicHorder410 Yup, the EC's are basically the pride of my collection. I actually just put out two videos reading each one of the annuals that I show in this video. Here they are if you are interested in taking a look:
Weird Science-Fantasy Annual #1

Hope you enjoy :)
ComicHorder410 Oh ya, and welcome to my channel :))
I really enjoy watching your videos. I just recently looked up ASMR too and now I know why I keep watching these videos! I too also collect comic books and enjoy you sharing your collection! It's very inspiring! Keep up the good work and consider me subscribed!
Will do, and welcome to chycho TV :)
super jealous of that Primer #2 on the wall. nice collection!
Thanks :) .... as for Primer #2, it took me a while to find it, and super glad to have it. I actually did a reading of it if you want to take a look at it: th-cam.com/video/ai8SzwvwtRc/w-d-xo.html
And here is Primer #5 (first Maxx): th-cam.com/video/KegGumBvd6U/w-d-xo.html
Fun :)
Almost 200k views! Wow u deserve all this and more chycho
Oh Snap! We're almost there. Awesome! ... and thank you for the love, Casper :))
i get tingles just from seeing comics in good shape
Love your comic videos. I love your knowledge on comics. And these videos help me sleep. Thank you
My pleasure, Mr Smith, very fun to share :)
I love Valiant! Bloodshot and Turok are fantastic! I even love the 3D starter kit thing with Solarman and stuff XD
I know this is random as hell to say, but as well as being a comic book buff, I'm also a huge Music/TV/Film fan.
Loved this! Please show us more comic book stuff whenever you like 🙂
It's good to see the tick comic 1st chapter chycho you have amazing collection
Thank you, and love The Tick, we even did a reading of it two years after putting out this video. Here is the link:
"Reading Comics: The Tick Special Edition #1, First Appearance, Ben Edlund, NEC, 1988 [ASMR]"
th-cam.com/video/ER3kJL54fCo/w-d-xo.html
You talking makes me very relaxed and it's really interesting to listen to you.I'm only a kid but I do have my own comic collection old and modern and I think comics are awesome!
+Von Stroud That they are. I hope you have a long and prosperous collecting life. Peace :)
+chycho Thanks! ;)
Love the framed books. I can cover my entire home with that idea.
I love Hellblazer. Have a few of my own in my small collection. Read a ton on my computer though.
Great idea for a video. A lot of people are getting into ASMR, and lot are getting into comic books through the films.
Also, nice beard.
Thanks :)
This is cool! Comics had took me back here. Are those comic wall still there? Im planning to decorate my work shop with comics/collectables stuff as well.
Yup, still have them up and even switched a few around. Love them in my space :)
@@chycho Solid! 💪🏾💯
My opinion; you have one of the worlds best comic book collection ever!!!!!!
I like your opinion :)
Thanks Crimpy, and will do regarding more comic vids, next batch will start mid October.
ps. My comic book love started with Tin Tin as well, I actually still have the copies I had from when I was a kid and I'll show those at some point.
your voice is extremely calming. great video, very informative. i started reading swamp thing because of your recommendation. i'm loving it.
Awesome! It's an amazing read, and the art work is just sublime. Glad you're enjoying :)
i really likee comic books, and i have started collecting them but in my country there arent any comic book shop.
my favourite hero is Flash but i like superman, batman justice league, deadpool, x-men, spiderman and many more superheros and other characters.
could someone tell good Internet shops?
I had some Mad Magazine, Crazy and Cracked, and the Beano dating back to the late 1970s and early 1980s when I bought and read them. I was born in 1971. I never got so far as to cover anything I collected in plastic: comics, coins, or stamps (which I had some albums for). Really the most special comic book I ever came across was the official life story of Pope John Paul II approved by the Catholic Church which I picked up when the man visited Sydney in 1986.
Wow! Discovered your channel by accident. ASMR + comics! What a combo. Outstanding. Still watching all the videos but hope you post more. Great stuff!
+PQK Thanks, brother/sister, and will do, hopefully for many more years to come :)
Great collection, man. Really well done video, very relaxing. I also liked the Hellblazer mention. I'm a fan myself.
Watching this video almost makes me want to start collecting again. ;)
haha... the comic book world could always use another collector ;)
You have the best comic book collection in the world
Your videos are the best comic-related ASMR clips on TH-cam.
Peace :)
I know it's odd to comment on a video that's old with a sort off topic statements
I bought some omnibuses Silver Age Supergirl, Silver Age Teen Titans, and Silver Age Batman & Superman in World's Finest
Next month I'm planning on getting both volumes of the Silver Age Justice League
Future omnibuses: Bronze Age JLA, Brave and Bold Batman Bronze Age, Silver Age Green Lantern, Silver Age Flash, & Batman and the Outsuders
JLA and Brave and Bold by March, the rest I don't know when
I already own Golden Age Superman, Batman, & Wonder Woman. And plan on getting future volumes of those
Wow I did not know John Constantine debuted in Swamp Thing. I love the Hellblazer, I am like the current Hellblazer run from Rebirth
That is the best comic book collection I have ever seen and the bigest
Amazing collection. I personally love the old EC horror comics the best. Perfect balance of laughs and gore.
While I'm stating random facts I might as well say that the two biggest chunks of my comic book collection are Archie Comics & EC. And I've just recently started to collect golden age Superman/Batman/Wonder Woman. Wild mix, huh? lol
+kblixt Now that's a not so random fact :)
I like the way you say “Green Goblin” haha. You’re collection of comics is awesome man! Keep doin’ what you’re doin’ 👌🏼👏🏼
Thanks, brother, will do... and for the next little while I think I'll have to get use to saying Red Goblin ;)
chycho You’re welcome man 🙂 you’ve got a sweet Amazing Spider-Man collection. I’m trying to get some Amazing Spider-Man comics myself. I did get Amazing Fantasy a couple years back for a birthday present. Still haven’t opened it, wanna keep in in that nice sealed condition you know? Haha
chycho Does this mean you’ll be doing reading from some issues with Red Goblin? 😁
Oh man! You got Amazing Fantasy #15 for a b-day gift! Oh MY, someone loves you very very much, good on you, brother :))
haha... well, we have done the readings for the first appearances of Carnage, fun reads and Carnage is definitely one of my all time favorite characters so I am, to say the least, definitely pleased about what's going on in the series right now... as for a reading, let's see how it plays out, but the odds are I probably won't do a reading yet, it's way to early... maybe we do one in about 15 to 20 years when the Red Goblin becomes a classic :)
I'm jealous of your collection, your also so nice
What a terrific and soothing video to watch!
Subscribed. Relaxing video, and inspired me to get into comics :) I never really gave comics a chance growing up, but videos like this motivate me to get involved and pick some up. I bought the first issue of Wytches, and I love it, I'm going to try get some superhero stuff too.
Cool, I've heard great things about Wytches. It's suppose to get really weird after the first couple of issues.
Maaaaan, you got the coolest voice in the comic community, freakin smooooth man!
Thanks, brother :)
glad that i stopped by... not only that u only look like serj. Tankian, but u have nice calming voice for chill outs
System rocks! And Serj's solo work is amazing!
Welcome to my channel, I hope you enjoy your stay :)
Amazing video. Even better collection my friend
It's the little things in life that count
Great collection ! When I was a kid I saw some Errie and Vampirella comics with a school friend. I loved them so much I went to the shop to buy my own. When my father saw the half naked womem in them he got so angry he stormed back to the shop with them. I thought he would murder the newsagent haha. The Irish catholic mentality of old I guess.
lol... I went through some of that as well. Crazy how religion and culture prevents us from enjoying art. Obstacles we overcome with age I guess.
Thats right, Its also one of the reasons they did,nt want me to go to art college after leaving school - life drawing lol.
lol... life can definitely be a little too much for some people, wouldn't want humanity to learn too much about anatomy now would we :)
Yeah....I actually did,nt want to draw womem myself either - too ahamed haha.
Love the way you got your Comics displayed on the wall brother. Great video.
+Raymond Franklin Thanks, they do put a smile on my face :)
I know what you mean when I walk in my man cave and I see my CGC graded ones hanging up.
Excelente video Chycho!!!
Thanks, Yerko :)
Wow... between the comic books and the math videos, I might never have a sleepless night again. Thank you!!!
+ASMR Alice You're welcome, and I hope you have sweet dreams of epic battles and beautiful graphs :)
I just found your channel and I really enjoy listening to your talks about comics. Very fun!
Hey Chycho, I've just read 'Something is killing the children'. I really enjoyed it. worth a purchase if you can find them but they're going up in value it seems now.
This series hit my radar when it first came out, I picked up a couple of the early issues (no #1 though)... great art and great story telling... as for the prices of the early issues, wow wow wow they are high.
ps. thanks for the head-up, by the way :)
Amazing collection!
Two of my favourite things comics and ASMR
Subscribed!
Welcome :)
I buy them at my local comic shop, they have or can get everything you need.
Are they Mylar or poly?
@@yoansaavedra4966 They're mylites 2
Love your taste. I started reading Swampy in 1986!
+Mark Foster Thanks, brother. Love and respect yours as well, you found Moore way before I did.
awesome vid and collection love your passion
It's so rugged yet so perfect. That is one handsome beard.
haha... thanks Truth :)
Holy hell, your voice just made my day. You've got a new subscriber!
:)
Without sounding creepy I could listen to your voice forever :)
definitely not creepy, and I'm honored... and blushing a little :)
Oh my goodness. How have I only now found this?! Subscribed. How relaxing! Keep up the good work. :-)
fknnameiwantistaken Will do, and welcome to my channel :)
Thank you. Very happy I found this.
Secret Wars #8 is the origin of the symbiote, not the first appearance. Marvel Age #12 was the first sketch in a comic, and ASM #252 was the first full appearance.
I would love to you tell the history of Marvel, DC and EC comics! Great work as always
It would be cool to start a series on that , that's for sure. A huge project though, maybe slowly. I'll let the idea bounce around in my head for a bit and see what comes up. Thanks for the suggestion.
