Here is an easy and quick Passion Fruit Mousse recipe. Passion Fruit Mousse is an absolutely delicious dessert with tropical flavors. You can make it using fresh passion fruit juice, or if it is difficult to find the fresh fruit or not in season, you can use frozen concentrate.
This recipe makes enough for 6 people.
To make passion fruit mousse, you will need:
Passion fruit juice/concentrate- 1/4 cup + extra for layering
Whipping cream - 200ml
Cream cheese - 200gms
Icing sugar - 1/4 cup
Topping
Passion fruit pulp(with seeds)- 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2tbsp
Cake crumbs/Sponge cake/ White bread- for layering
