Preparation: 1. Preheat the oven to 180C / 356F. 2. Grease the baking mold with butter. 3. In a medium bowl, mix eggs together with milk, vanilla extract and. 4. add all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, cornstarch and baking powder. 5. Mix gently until combined. 6. Add the melted butter. 7. Mix gently until combined. 8. Transfer the batter to a piping bag ( or use a spoon) 9. Pour the batter into the slots in the baking mold. 10. Bake for about 9-10 minutes until the edges are browned 11. Immediately after baking, take the cookies out to cool completely. for the chocolate: 12. Add the chocolate and a teaspoon of oil. 13. Melt the chocolate in the microwave until completely melted (make sure to check every 10-15 sec). 14. Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag. 15. in a baking mold, put a teaspoon of melted chocolate in each slot. 16. Put the cookie on top of the chocolate and slightly move it to the sides. 17. Put in the fridge for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate stabilizes. 18.
