As the history of human thought has progressed, it seems we've lost a collective fascination with the dreaming experience. Most often now reserved solely for the intrigue of artists and psychologists, we find that all too often that the modern world would readily dismiss the dreaming experience as something of a fluke.
In spite of this, this session cultivates an approach toward the dreaming experience that we all collectively shared in the ancient past. This introduction aspires to reframe, inspire, and validate the approach toward what it means to dream.
This session was performed more "off the cuff." Accordingly the research done for this session was committed to long ago, so naturally, there are no research links provided for this one.

Dreams and the experiences Ive had during sleep are the bedrock of my spiritual journey. I have found that my study most recently of Qabalah has helped me interpret the symbolism better.
    Phenomenal video!

I see the wizard of Oz as an alchemical allegory. Yellow brick road (inner path) towards the emerald tablet of Thoth. With Dorothy trying to reach individuation with Lion Tin man and scarecrow being obvious inner paths we all have to take.

An incredibly fascinating and well put-together video as always. I have a story (certainly on the extensive side) of a dream I’d like to share, as I think others could benefit from the lessons I drew from it:
Years ago, during a very rough time in my life, I had an incredibly vivid dream. I don’t remember exactly how it began, just that I was a member of a small mountain town at the base of a large glacier. I remember that our town had earned a spot on the map somewhat when some hairless and unidentifiable animal was discovered frozen solid within the ice of the glacier’s terminus. It was perhaps the size of a mammoth, although we could not really identify its warped form crushed by the ice. A climate scientist stationed in the town said it must be at least several thousand years old based on the age of the ice around it. It became a source of morbid curiosity to travelers, as its back was turned towards the vertical ice surface, hiding its face. Some time later, after a heatwave, the glacier saw some movement and lost mass at its bottom. We found the corpse of the beast was gone, only chunks of ice remaining.
In the nights following we saw a string of travelers and villagers alike go missing, until finally, an older man from the village shakily announced that he had seen something the previous night. Out of his homestead’s window, he saw the beast come out of the darkness and stride up to a paralyzed traveler, and simply ate the traveler where they stood in one bite. He too became petrified, becoming completely transfixed on the face of this beast, and only regained control of his body after the beast turned away back towards the glacier. We asked him to draw it, handing him a paper, and he shakily drew a long rounded V of an open mouth, a long neck extending above it, and two narrow beady eyes. He didn’t stop drawing the eyes for minutes, putting down graphite until he had punctured two holes in the paper.
Another beast was found frozen in the ice, deeper into the glacier. It was only a matter of time before it too would come out. In order to stop the thaw, the village banned lighting fires to keep warm during the nights, covered the glacier in tarps to keep off the sun, and sent prayers up the mountain in search of some sort of aid. Nothing worked. And so we just ignored the problem so that we could actually sleep at night, as it was easier to believe that the string of disappearances was due to eccentric hikers getting lost in the mountains they were not ready for, and an old man’s brain failing than to confront the threat directly.
Then one night out, caught in a blizzard, I met my fate. The V-shaped mouth, the almost serpentine neck, and those two narrowly placed beady eyes staring right into me. I do not remember what the rest of the beast looked like, as I too was completely paralyzed by its gaze. It felt primitive, as if this predator had made such an impact on my ancestors that through instinct I remembered it too. It locked me into its eyes for what felt like hours, its mouth hungrily dripping, before I finally woke up. Its pale face was still burned into the back of my mind, and so I tried drawing it, trying to make some sense of it.
That year I underwent a great spiritual change. After ignoring and pushing down the scary, doubting thoughts in the back of my head for the better part of a year, I finally challenged religious beliefs I had held close my entire life, setting out on my own path. I can say now that I have never been happier and have never felt more whole and in touch with myself. A bit ago, I came across my drawing of that pale serpentine face again, and only then did I finally realize the almost humorously obvious personal allegory the story held, that my subconscious one way or another was attempting to relay to me (as well as some curious serpent symbology I'm sure many here will pick up on).
To me, that serpent-headed beast represents the crippling, paralyzing doubts about my worldview I held, pushed down, forgotten. I attempted to ignore it, jump over it, deal with it in indirect ways, to just have that leap of faith I wanted so dearly yet could not do. Anything but confront my deepest concerns at its source openly. The glacier, my upbringing and ever-reinforcing community, had been made to hold back these dark doubts, but it was thawing fast. The monsters could not be ignored any longer-- they came in full force in the night when I tried to let myself sleep, the one moment I could give myself no distractions. When I met them, locked eyes with them, they had not killed me-- at least not yet. Perhaps it was trying to force me to look at it, so it could finally impart its knowledge. But I was too scared to listen. At the time I thought it represented death, with its patient, gaping maw. And in a way, it did. A more accurate word I would ascribe it now is Truth. Truth that in the throes of depression the kind of person that held these dogmatic and unsustainable views will die, but that I had the choice of dying with them or letting the old die and becoming something new, a full step into the uncertain. It brought me a choice. Needless to say, I chose the latter and am still here today.
My takeaway is that you cannot hide anything from yourself. And you can never push something down into the dark unseen corner of the mind forever. Everything within will eventually come out, manifested in one way or another. Meet with it as equals, come to terms with it, and become whole with it.

In my way of thinking about the dream plane or dimension, it goes beyond what you described. Imagine that you are multi dimensional being traveling between this dimension and the dream world. But there is a problem, while we are fully conscious in this dimension, we are not normally fully conscious in the dream world. In both your "greater and lesser gate" examples you will find that your consciousness is merely observing things from the passenger seat, observing things which dont really make sense because you are not fully conscious nor are you in full control of your consciousness, not in the driver's seat. Imagine being a bug in this dimension, you would be kind of dumb and at the whims of all kinds of things going on around you due to your buggy low level of consciousness. That's how we normally are in the dream world, like a dumb low conscious bug. But, once you attain lucidity, you regain more of your consciousness within the dream dimension. You become a higher order being within that dimension, and now you are in control. We go beyond the nonsense of trying to interpret nonsense with a bug brain, and move into consciously living in another dimension. A dimension where time and space and gravity are no longer hard rules, but can be manipulated at will. You can go anywhere, talk to anyone at anytime. So if you could basically do anything, what would you do? I always start off by flying. Last time I set my sights a bit deeper and attempted to contact someone. The hard part is figuring out how to stay there without waking up back in this world. I'd much rather stay there, but its difficult and possibly in time as more share their experiences maybe we could find a way to stay there. Remember, that dimension doesn't have the same rules of time, you could spend lifetimes over there and maybe only seconds pass here with your sleeping body.

i notice when spawn in a dream get false memorys of why where i am, but when able to activate lucid i can then noclip out, which if in a interor with no windows it will be a void with other interiors in it, or just end up outside if its a building with windows. i wonder, when peaople have NDEs are the given false memorys and "understanding"? what about when we are born here are we given false memorys? what gives these false memorys? i had a dream few months ago where i ottained a full gnosis that made me litterly just get on my knees and plead to God, but when woke up the gnosis was removed, how can i get it back? is that the reason peaople cry in church?, becuase they are having some that gnosis?

I do have a "dream" that it is "hunting" me.... it is short but it was very emotional and powerful... it starts with me as a young men (18-19-maybe 20 years) going through a portal into what looked like the Sahara desert , with a master magician (I don't know how to describe him )... did not see his face I remember his clothing ... which resemble to those from Greeks country, but with the "old/ancient" stile... and there, in the deserts, he manifests 7 golden suns (with different faces on it) that were levitating in a infinite sign around us.... I, till this day don't know what it ment...maybe in the future... I have an ideea but I do not know why would it be important to me... (the 7 planets/7 gods...)
Thank you for your videos 💜💜💜

I enjoy sharing my dreams, so thank you for opening up that space. This following dream leaves me shaken and in awe to this day. It is a lot to read, but probably necessary in order to get a feel for the numerous implications.
Tobis - The Grace of God (05.06.2022):
Me and my companions are on the sandy steppes in the shadow of a dune. We have taken a woman hostage, she is resisting a lot while my companions are holding her down. I am hearing gunshots, but I don't give them further attention because I assume they are not meant for me. I am wrong, the gunshots enter the ground very close to me. I know now that those shots are meant for Tob s (I see the phrase right in front of me). What I see is very vivid. The introductory sequence of the Tobis Movie Studio plays before my eyes... It is a scene, where the sun shines very bringht (either morning or evening) at the phrase Tobis and a rooster lays his egg as the dot of the "i" (Thus the phrase is complete Tob s -> Tobis). I am Tobis and a rivaling group wants to hunt me down. Because I know now that the shots are meant for me I suddenly become very panicked and try to run away. There is no cover in the steppes, so I try to get on a bike and drive away. My pursuers are faster and shoot me from the bike.
The next scene begins. I am in a large very dark and ancient mansion, it is run down and dirty. Again my companions are holding this woman down, but now it seems like they strap her to an altar. More and more I am sensing what is about to happen and it pains me a lot. So much that the next scene I see as if it is a videogame, a player in the videogame has found the solution of this puzzle. Two sluglike/wormlike creatures are crawling towards the womans feet. They have a lions head. Apparently the solution is to let the two creatures kill/eat the woman. Now I see blank. The deed is done and I am alone in this eary mansion. I look up, above the Mansion is a enormous lovevcraftean God emerging from the pitch black sky (The first thing that comes to mind is Yogg-Saron). Its tentacles reach all the way down into the mansion. The being was calm before the ritual, but now all hell breaks loose. The mansion is collapsing and the tantacles seem to reach for me. I am terryfied and try to flee down a corridor. At every moment I feel that the tentacles could grab me. At the end of the corridor I have to crawl through a small opening in the door. This scene seems to repeat 2 more times or there are identical corridors after one another. It is hazy and in this panic I wake up.
    1. The dream seemed very dark and depressing until I looked up what Tobis could mean. The Tobis Movie Studio didn't seem to give give me any clues beyond the enigmatic introductory video. Then it came to me to look up names that are very similar to Tobis. This is where I got goosebumps and the core meaning of the dream seemed to be clear. It was not about doom and gloom but about hope and trust. Tobit/german: Tobias/old greek: Tōbías/ hebrew: tōwijāhū = tōw + jhwh = JHWH is good, gracious. As the purpetrator of this woman I assume the Identity of Tobis, which entails the knowing of gods grace. Even though consciously I barely could stomach the implications (sacrificing the woman).
    2. I don't really know why the sacrifice is this woman. Maybe she is my mother, she means a lot to me. Or maybe she is the mother in general or the female priniciple in me.
    3. There is a lot of gnostic symbolsm in the dream. The rooster that is laying the egg and the two sluglike creatures with the lions head point to ABRAXAS. So maybe I was approching something like ABRAXAS by letting aspects of ABRAXAS eat/kill my personal divine principle of the woman/mother so I could come close to the actual grace of god as Tobis.
    4. Around this time I was obsessed with the odinic mythos. One of the many names of Odin is Yggr: The terrible One. Yogg-Saron is the World of Warcraft version of a lovecraftean God, the God of Chaos. It is speculated that the name of Yogg-Saron is a combination of Yggr and Sauron. So there could also be a connection between the lovecraftean God in my dream and Odin.
    5. Interestingly enough the tentacles remind me of the roots or branches of a tree, so maybe the world tree? After all Yggr is also in the word Yggdrasil. It feels very fitting that the roots and branches are filling my entire body.
    6. The dream is also flollowed up with a synchronicity. I woke up in the night and immediately wrote everything down. As I was finished it was already bringt outside and I heard crowing from the bathroomwindow. I walked to the window and outside I saw a flock of crows/ravens sitting on lanterns and on the roof over my head. This was another goosebumps moment.
    Feel free to comment.

Not just that like- I wanna drink all the coffee and talk with you I will also try to do that thing but I’m just letting you know I feel more connected so hope that helps somewhere if it all matters- but I think the captivating feeling part is the thing to go by and that I am. ❤ also I could write science fiction novels with my dreams and have a vivid memory for them. I still have more videos of yours to take in & enjoy, but THIS particular one was TREMENDOUSLY compelling! Dreaming is certainly something we ALL can relate to & definitely have interest in. Absolutely LOVED all the symbolism comparisons throughout the different Cultures & the inclusion of Dante, personally. This topic is definitely one to expand upon indefinitely - SO FASCINATING! 🫶🏻
    * Personally, my dreams are a tad complex to try to describe here LOL 😅
