    You asked for it! A full day of eating when my husband cooks dinner! It’s okay to give up control and let someone else cook for you. It’s FINE to not know every single ingredient. I love that I’m able to enjoy this act of love (and deliciousness!) without an ounce of guilt, stress or anxiety!
    This what I eat in a day with intuitive eating, as always, is just meant to serve as some food inspo and ideas for you. It’s not necessarily how I eat every day because every day is literally different!

    You should do a video going through your exercise routine and how the level of exercise influences your appetite. Thank you for all that you do! You are a life saver!

Atm I'm trying to re-incorporate exercise back into my life (ED recovery) but each time I go for a walk or do some strength training I lose my hunger cues! Incredibly stressful so I would love to see you do a video like this. Also thank you- you have been instrumental in me recovering xx

    You are so cool. Thank you for sharing! Craving comfort in the evening is such a thing. I definitely have more of a sweet tooth and after allowing myself more sweets, I realize I'm not mindlessly eating them as much. Working on figuring out what my level of satisfaction is with sweets particularly, but I know I'll get there. One time I took a bit of a veggie in the afternoon and thought to myself, "Do I actually want this?" and it was so satisfying to answer with, "Yes, this is hitting the spot right now." I've only found your channel a few weeks ago and you've already helped a lot - thank you!

    Ohhh love the eating your fear foods!!! And the recipe idea too. Never thought of that one. 😊. I have a mixed but butter too. We got it from Costco but I it's not the kirkland brand, I think it's Nuttzo. And I kinda dig it haha 😆. Nice change from the kraft pb my parents buy (which yes, is sweetened and has oil and salt. It's what we always bought. I really have grown away from it because it doesn't taste that nutty to me and I like the rich nutty taste of the natural. But, when my dad makes us pb and J's , he uses the kraft so I just eat it anyways).

    You should try your oatmeal with milk instead of water! Soo yummy and much CREAMIER plus adds protein

      Yea, I feel like making porridge is such a pro-anorexia/ diet culture/ restrictive behaviour, like water and oats doesn’t really sound like proper fuel

    My doctor referred me to a dietitian and it was incredibly restrictive and honestly damaging to my natural eating instincts. Do you do nutrition coaching?

    I wonder if ude try a Built bar which is a newer protein bar...maybe talk about sugar alcohol? I bought them as a sweet but also to get more protein in a day, and I love them but don't really know what sugar alcohol does for health..they say 2g of sugar but them there's 8g of sugar alcohol?

    I feel like you eat a lot and dont gain weight. I have eaten way less sometimes and no weight loss at all. It goes to show how metabolism differs among individuals and how every body is different.

      She just eats. She eats exactly what her body needs and listens to what it wants. Your body is perfectly capable of giving you what you need and helping you to a weight that suits your body.

    have you done overnight (cold) oats? i’ve done a carrot cake flavor of those and they are to DIE for!

    The food looked amazing and your hair looked so beautiful. It was a comforting and positive portrayal of a full day of eating without rules, guilt, and craziness but also with mindfullness. Thanks for that. I'm wondering, do you eat your last meal three hours before bed or not? I try to stick to that a lot but sometimes it's not so easy. What's your advice on that?
