- I wanted to discover Palermo district in Buenos Aires and when I went there for the first time I was also filming. It turned out the place is not as I had imagined. But guess what, days after I'd filmed, I slowly began to fall in love with it and now Palermo is one of my favorite places in Latin America...

I filmed in mid December, and the area wasn't particularly lively, I guess because of the proximity of the Christmas holidays. But I came back recently for few days and I saw Palermo at full steam in all its glory and I feel I can say it's probably one of the best neighborhoods in the whole world.

It is called Palermo Hollywood, because it is an area where there are television channels, it is an area where there are many radio stations, therefore you see many famous people in that area.

Palermo is like the cool neighbourhood. The posh and elegant ones are Recoleta or Barrio Parque, but the most expensive is Puerto Madero.
Palermo Hollywood is one of the best neighborhoods for tourists. a lot of movement, commerce, very good vibes and beautiful streets!♥
Palermo is just a middle class neighborhood (although Palermo Chico is upper class), around 80% of Buenos Aires has a quality of life similar or higher than Palermo...

Hay dos canales de tv y al menos hay dos productoras de cine y tv, con estudios propios donde graban series de Tv. Y varias radios también. Solo por eso.

Palermo Hollywood no es el barrio más elegante de Buenos Aires. Es un barrio en donde en un momento había muchas productoras de cine y TV. En Palermo Soho prolifera lo que son bares y diseño. Son barrios hermosos sin duda, pero los más elegantes sin duda son Recoleta , Palermo Chico Barrio Parque y Belgrano R,

Palermo is not even close the best neighborhood in Buenos Aires. It used to be classy many years ago.

To be honest, the most beautiful neighbourhoods are Barrio Norte and Recoleta, but mostly due to their elegant architecture inspired in French buildings.

Palermo Hollywood is NOT in any way the most "posh" neighbourhood of BA, try Palermo Chico maybe ........ and Rosario is reputed to have the most beautifull girls ......
