Hamburger Donuts

Hamburger Donuts with an egg in the hole and slice of cheddar cheese melted on top.
each of these all beef Donuts were formed from a half pound of ground organic grass-fed beef. an Organic pasture raised egg was dropped into each donut hole and a thick slice of aged cheddar cheese glazed the top of each of these Hamburger Donuts.
spices used: Organic sea salt, fresh cracked black pepper, granulated garlic, herbes de Provence, green and red hatch Chile flakes and paprika.
temperature: medium rare and egg yolks medium soft.
