A special edition package of the DVD will also feature an exclusive 13-track CD of demos titled Faster Than the Speed of Magic, containing songs from the Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds album sessions.

I feel this is way more heartfelt than the final version, it certainly hits home deep.
Prefer this than the final version, there's a certain magic about Noel's demos.

I've been a huge fan of his solo work... still getting used to the last album... but I have to say... if all of his albums were to acoustic... I'd think they'd be a whole lot better

Love this version! It's less overdone.
I actually really like the clarity of the vocals here, I think the cd version had to much on it like the choir and the strings, I mean the strings were ok it was the choir i didn't like. There's a demo from a sound check and I liked it cos of the emotion in the voice and while the cd version is good I felt it took away some of that emotion.

the album version is I think better for gigs and concerts and this version is for acoustic sessions. thats what I think anyway. I love both versions!
A less "pop" production on his songs (and maybe more psychedelic or "rocky") would do wonders

Recently bought the album from a charity shop and thought I'll give it a go for £1.
Verdict?
The way Oasis should have been.
He has a better voice than Liam and at last, you can actually hear the drummer. Plus you don't get that wall of scratchy, shitty guitar at the end of each song.
