INNOVA Equus 3420 Smart 12V Test Light / Logic Probe

It's really just a test light that automatically senses POS or GROUND, however it is some times refered to as a logic probe.

I actually used this to build a homemade power probe. Worked pretty well, but ended getting another one of these little guys because i liked it so much.

Can I ask you one question, when checking a fuse do you need for the car to be on? Thanks...

No, but if that accessory you are checking only has power when the key is on, then you need to check with the key on. Does that make sense? It really depends on how they are wired. Some things are fused after the ignition "ON". For those things the key would need to be on to check power to the fuse. If you're not sure you can just leave the key ON while probing the fuses.
