Darren, I was in Washington, DC when you won and even had the pleasure of evaluating you at the club we both visited the Tues. before. You presented the speech, "I see Red" which was your semi final. Both were fantastic and had a great message. You are truly a masterful speaker.

really got my attention when you did put on the underwear! i like the message you said, acknowledging the presence of inner bully and fight it, observe then let it fade away! a lesson to everybody not to run from it.. but thanks to that bully it made you push you to where you are now. sometimes the best motivation comes from our suffering and humiliation.
Absolutely Gab, and always have the expectation that this “bully” inside us will sometimes come back or “pay us a visit”🤣 Instead getting frustrated or trying to eschew it, acknowledge it’s presence, “hey we meet again” - can be anything, from anger to self-doubt, to imperfections. Stay with it and change your relationship with it😌😌😌
