Starting with a laugh, Ending with a tear. Both emotional bonds can make someone hear from the heart not the ears. When the senses are hooked, words flow easy and resonate fast to get the desired reaction. Mohammed started by breaking the ice with funny research findings which he made up, then shared a personal experience about this own son, which inevitably is very reliable, then sarcasm with the old scientist explaining global warming, to end up with death, the apogee of emotions! The body language wasn't absent from the scene, the facial emotions and the tone of voice were adding a lot to the story.. A strong thesis statement concluded the act: Words have power. Words are power. Words can change a life; Inspire a nation. They can make this world a beautiful place.

Semper Fi, I use this speech to assist Veterans who are down and think negatively or have family to speak down to them. To show them the power of thought process and words.
I work with homeless veterans and suicide prevention and the power of words are more than one even understands.
The power of your few minutes toast Masters speech is that powerful.

Fantastic speech and deeply true! things like this, I feel, should be taught at the earliest ages. The world education system could do so much more in teaching about kindness, compassion, and the other good things of human beings. Many children grow up in a negative environment. This type of talk is also something that we can say to ourselves in our mind because our inner self talk can heal us or hurt us as well. It may take time to change ourselves but it isn’t how long it takes as much as thinking in the right direction.

      But do your students YEET?
Y: You must write your speech carefully
E: Etiquette is important, don’t try to offend anyone
E: Everybody is listening, but don’t focus on a single person
T: The expressions you make matter more than the words
