there was a time, when federer seemed to have an exclusive special contract with the laws of physics, allowing him to do things that no one else can.
against left overs of Sampras sure...
Pp
Forget about who has won the most titles, Roger in the GOAT for one simple reason. He played the game on a different level to everyone else.
@@huyho8987Why would he he said the truth
@@huyho8987 everyone if u don’t agree then u didn’t even watch fedrer
agreed
Same with Jan-Ove Waldner in table tennis and Ronaldinho in soccer. Another level.
Give titles and records to everybody else, but the magic stays forever with Federer. The best of all time.
Exactly. Along with Santoro, Radwanska, and Su-Wei Hsieh. But he’s the best of the magicians.
Damn right ..the real GOAT
We all miss Roger ❤
not the nole fans
This is what will be remembered. This is why Roger is the 🐐👑🎾🔥🔥🔥
Lol I’ve seen these points more than 100 times and never get tired of them.
Why he will always be the GOAT for me. It isn’t about records or stats. It’s pure talent, creativity and elegance and that’s something Djokovic will never have.
My feelings exactly. I could watch Federer all day long, but I won't watch Djokovic at all.
Yep, elegance and grace...
@@buffalobob2890I pray Federer comes back and avenges 40-15!😊
Mad respect for Djokovic and Nadal, but Roger will always be my GOAT.
Totally agree. Federer’s top level has never been matched. By anyone.
What a lethal combination of outrageous hand skills & sublime movement!!
what a word salad of a comment
A purist sees the incomparable genius that Roger utilizes with impeccable executions. Others are great, but there is only one GOAT. Thank you Roger and thanks for the video.
what really stands out is how early federer used to take these balls. nowadays players stand 5 m behind the baseline half the time but he used to regularly play kind of half volleys right at the baseline. insane touch and feel for the ball to pull these off.
Yep
He really is pure tennis.
So glad I could see Roger live. He got a standing ovation just for entering the court. Best player ever.
second best*
Damn, i miss this. This style, flowing with the hole body and it feels that the racket is part of it. Amazing control, balance and cleverness. Because of Roger i started playing Tennis again...
We all miss him
Sir Roger federer golden legend in universal love you so much miss you so much teniss history best player ❤❤❤
There will never be another one like him: beautiful strokes, creativity, movement, athletic intelligence, and a really nice person. The full package!
Roger has the highest court IQ! He knows where to put the ball so it can’t come back! I really miss him! ❤😢
LOL......he has the highest I.Q and yet he lost three times at 40-15 M.P to nole ?
Professional tennis will never be the same without Roger, his was a unique talent and a true sportsman. I never once saw him call for the crowd to cheer for him, like they all do now.
@@kennethwilliams4874 More like begging the crowd to cheer for them!
Exactly. These days, every time a player makes a great shot, he stands there and waves his arms, demanding that the crowd cheers for him! No class. @@MarcyTrinidad
@@kennethwilliams4874 how about the nasty reaction of the crowd against nole everytime he faced roger especially in wimbledon and in us open ? and yet....nole beat always both roger and the crowd. that must really hurt......
There will be no one like him ever. Oh how I miss his game!
No one is more graceful, skillful, effortless and more beautiful a game than the ultimate shot maker Roger Federer in my opinion..
7:54 Haha the legendary racquet throw from Roddick, he was (and still is) such a likeable guy.
No one like Roger. I miss his playing. and grateful we have so many videos. One of a kind!
pure artistry. poetry in motion
I miss him, I really miss him on the pitch.
I could watch several hours of this master doing it's work.
So wonderful to watch. The feet, just amazing. I'm sorry to say I entirely missed the Federer era. I had given up on watching tennis in the 90s as it was pretty dull. Really the GOAT, the Fred Astaire of tennis, no matter the titles.
That half volley against Zverev is my favorite. The balance is amazing.
A sportsman from an other world. There's tennismen and there's is Federer.
The god of tennis!
if he is the god of tennis then what is nole who humiliated him so many times in last decade ?
@@flaviushonoriusemperorofro3903There's a 4 match difference lmao, all those noletard losers 😂
@@viveknamikaze761 4 match in favor of who ? isn't it nole ? also who won all the important big matches ? i think the score in slams is......6-0 after wimbledon 2012 which was the last time fed won in a slam.......hear hear.....6-0.....and what happened in 2019 final at 40-15 ? that must hurt a lot your..."god"... now isn't it ?
also nole has now all rogers' past records (almost all).......are u well mate ? just admit fed lost and move on.
@@flaviushonoriusemperorofro3903 After 2012? Nice cherry picking there. How about before 2011? How many did Novak have before that.... Oh right just 1 😂. How many records did Novak have until 2018..... Almost none lmao, dude needed everyone to retire to win most of his titles in the last 5 years haha
@@viveknamikaze761 dude u need help........federer did not retired in 2012 but like ten years later than that.......i believe federer won.....3 slams when nole was injured in 2017-2018......and in 2018 roger became no 1 in the world one final time for a few weeks.......between 2012 and 2022 roger faced nole in 4 slam finals and 2 slam semis and lost ALL OF THEM also until 2012 fed lead nole 13-6 h2h and finished 10 years later 23-27 h2h........and of course he was better overall until around 2012...........so after 2012 doesn't count for you ? u clearly need help........i can't even imagine the pain u were through at 40-15 wimbledon 2019 match points.....boy maybe u thought of commiting suicide ?
PS.
Nole won many big titles after 2010.....what the heck u talk about ? he won most of his titles after 2018 ? U WRONG.
he dominated in 2011 // 2015 // 2016.......check your facts.
Worth remembering that the smash off the smash vs Roddick was before Federer had won his first GS. A preview of the talent yet to be realised...
the most talented of the major winners
Yes sir
The most talented of anyone
@@Firemarioflower the most talented in losing to nole at 40-15
Great talent, amazingly creative, made everyone want to watch!
The Maestro...pure talent...he was playing like Nadal on clay against Sousa. My GOAT🙌🏾🏆🐐
Andrew Agassi's face says it all what he is thinks about that point haha
& That against Roddick was ridiculous
The no look down the line against Gulbis is still one of my favorite all time shots from him or anybody. I saw that live and it blew my mind! The genius the Maestro! He is the greatest IMHO. The greatest.
Sports are entertainment and in that sense Roger is the GOAT - most entertaining to watch of all time. Nadal a close 2nd. Joker might be the all-time best in terms of results, but he is the least entertaining all-time great I can think of.
Those who only look at numbers and statistics cannot understand this. Yes, Roger, Rafa and Nole were great, now the most successful is Nole, but tennis is not just about numbers, Roger remains unsurpassed for many things
Love Federer game forever but highly respect djoko specially now, because he was under the shadow so many years of Rafa and Roger but he never let that get him down, instead he pushed himself to the limits we still find hard to comprehend that he is still the top guy at his age with actually really good young generation coming
He made watching tennis like watching a circus and a freak show. None of the present day matchups have anything near the excitement of a standard Federer match. Federer continued to excite fans with his style of play, right up to retirement. Djokovic has me totally bored. Nadal as well, if not for the late drama.
A Kingdom of talent. Remarkable. Thanks for the video.
17-0 h2h with Ferrer is unreal. I mean Nole has 19-0 with Monfils but David is more accomplished player than Gael. Incredible that David has never won against Roger even a single match.
However Gael did manage to beat Roger a couple of times
@@Firemarioflowermuito bem lembrado!
What a magician !
Loving some of the previous comments. I, too, have seen these points multiple times.
This time, I took particular notice of the expressions on the faces of the opponents.
They range from Djokovic's smile to Roddick's throwing the racket.
The best may have been Serra's, "What spaceship did YOU arrive on?"
And Agassi face... Going directly to sit... You can hear his mind screaming "Lucky b*stard..." He looks so disgusted... ^^'
Absolutely. The shot Fed hit against Agassi was the most ridiculous scrape this pancake flip lob back…if it could have been measured the ball may have been already past Fed. Never seen anyone hit the ball when it is already past them and out of reach. My mind still has difficulty with several of his shots, and they are not miss-hits!
I love tha turn around backhand with Dodig. The ultimate in improvisation!
Simply the BEST player of all time ❤
There is at least hundreds of other impossible ones he did, on top of my mind that were not included in this one, tweener against djokovic, running lob against djokovic (simmilar to one he did on roddick in this video) front tweener lob vs querry in wimbledon, running half volly against roddick at australian open, and one i remember that made me laugh how absurd it is, in brisbane doubles he stretches and bearly manages to get to the lob and puts so much spin that ball drops in opponent side and back to his.... breaking laws of physics... G.O.A.T.
Thank you for this great video❣️ Roger was amazing ❤
The best of the best!
The best tennis player ever and gentleman of the court❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The touch of creativity is amazing with Federer
Wish we could have seen a bit of Federer vs Alcaraz
Roger has won everything by talent, Nole by keeping the ball in play, so did Nadal.
They were lucky Roger is much older plus slow courts helped them to win more.
There's only one genius, maestro in tennis.
Indeed - the slowing of the court services is the main factor in Federer not winning another 4-5 majors imo, but just imagine if the two-handed backhand had been banned 20-years ago!
Miss you RF. Tennis just isn't the same
I have been involved in Tennis both as a player and spectator for the last 60 years and I can say with all due respect to all professional players that Roger Federer is the most natural gifted Tennis player I have ever seen..!!
danke für das Video und die tollen Bälle ❤ Federer Legende!
Keep them coming Raz 👏
Agassi wasn't having it... He saw greatness coming of another dimension. ❤
Лучший теннисист, которого я видел... Художник!!!
An artist that lost 40-15.😢
this guy was great
loved to watch him play
For me Roger remains the Best: he did magics on the court
That Agassi point is incredible (so were the others, I'm just saying).
Magiqual Roger! Bravo! 😊👍👍👍
The Master of Tennis. We all miss u so much...
The most sublime backhand of ALL TIME.
7:47 Agassi: I wanna go home, it's not my day
Un mago 😮 fue un regalo de la vida verlo jugar ❤
One of the greatest ever
what on earth was that BONUS SHOT!!!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!!
Sick shots
Roger should play Wimbledon next year. QF are a guarantee.
Pls be generous...in this current crap weakest free slam era, finals is a guarantee😂...that's how novak is grabbing his free slams
@@vijayendranvijay4538 Yeah, I was just assuming he would face Nole in QF or just be tired by then, but if everything goes well he's in the final.
He could play the tournament without moving at all, and still win.
@@vijayendranvijay4538 Well, Wimby he didn't grab for free..😂

Great quality
I almost forgot how crazy good he was!
I'm lucky ! i saw Michael Jordan , Zinedine Zidane and Roger Federer !
GOAT
The GOAT ❤
Classy AF. GOAT 🔥
Beautiful.
It's been said that Roger wasn't using a racquet, he was using a magic wand.
Vengooo !!! quando sento l'esultanza dei telecronisti stranieri è un orgasmo completo.
Rf forever the best ever.
Ferrer was really topping out. He had everything - the mentality, the fight, the speed. Some guys were never going to beat Federer. Breaking the Federer serve being a major roadblock. Unbelievable.
6:50 When Federer thinks about ping pong for a moment, just cuz he can!
Federer é o máximo da elegância, naturalidade e beleza jogando tênis. Incomparável!
Federer is the most Fantastic Tennis Player I´ve ever seen ... natural, beautiful and magic Tennis.. Unique!
We won’t be able to even describe these points too. Simply magical.
Roger makes me smile.
sick video
King Roger ✨💙✨
good video bro😀
🙏
Straight in two sets that’s Roger
Half volley shots are just insane. Players are staying 4-8 feet behind baseline. This guy stays at the baseline and just pumps half volley balls back. Incredible. I don’t care who goat is. But if there two matches on at the same time, we all will go and watch Roger. Sorry Djoko fans.
WOW , ME QUEDO CON EL REVES DEL FONDO DE ROGER , LA BELLEZA DEL JUGAR , ❤❤
Nice compliation, but you forgot the best shot of them all: 2006 Roland Garros vs Nalbandian. Pure magic!
RG against Nishikori, drop-shot from the baseline, drops over the net and jumps over the entire doubles alley before bouncing a second time. Line up 100 top pro’s and have them try to do it off a ball-machine feed. Fed made these shots under match pressure!
The best one was against Agassi, and next to that was the ping pong shot against Anderson.
Boomshkey!
That bonus point was very pretty!
i really miss Rodger. A one of a kind athlete. His game was like no other. I have pretty much given up watching tennis now. Every player plays the same style. The one who has most power wins. There is no settng up points, just hit it hard. No no net play. Djokovic wins titles because he the most consistent. He is not unusal due to his finese or style, but becuse he so consis tent. Asol we have to remember that he was a lot older than Nadal and Djok, and in his prime, no one came close to his greatness.
Well i dont think meddy lost at indian wells because of power 😏
@@victorito07 Not sure what you mean. My only point is that there are no players today that play with an all around game. No net play, no settting up points, just hit it hard and to a corner. As i said, pretty boring. The joker is a great player, but Rodger is the very best all time.
@@peterflorino9016 try again use your brain .. perhaps I overvalue your intelligence I am quite disapointed
I will repeat again and its the last Time
Meddy dont lose in indian wells because of power or like you Said « just hit it hard »

You have it ?😏🐝
WOW
Styles matter 1v1, but in terms of pure shot making, easily the GOAT.
Some tweeners and drop shots etc missing but great vid 😊
Roger is special because he's the only one who doesn't play tennis, tennis plays Roger
FEDERER, THE BEST !!!!!!!
Raz Ols love you ❤❤❤
A match with Federerr is never boring, and often spectacular, whereas the games of not a few players with great statistics are repetitive, unimaginative, and not much fun for tennis enthusiasts to watch. Something needs to be done with equipment and rules to push tennis in the direction pioneered by Federer. .
