- SCP 583 is a Euclid Class anomaly also known as Deathly Video Tape.
SCP-583 is a Sony Color Collection 60-90 min Mini DV video tape, its case composed primarily of transparent green plastic.
Subjects who watch SCP583 's recording suffer from a unique perception disorder: after seeing the character die of asphyxiation, subjects witness the similar death of every character, fictional or not, that they see on TV or in a movie, hear on radio, or read about, whether printed or in electronic format. This condition appears to be permanent, ending only with the death of the subject.

Interesting little fact, that picture of Squidward with the bloodshot eyes comes from a Creepypasta called "Squidward's Suicide." It's supposedly a lost SpongeBob tape where Squidward shoots himself as a bunch of creepy things are going on

you know for a channel called scp explained they don't do much explaining. I mean don't get me wrong I love these little stories but It would be nice to hear what the scp exactly does beyond what the story says.
I mean to be fair, it's not like the document for this specific SCP on the SCP website really has much to it.

Also sounds exactly like the kind of content I'd watch.
So 2 mins 30 seconds in, almost didn't click on the video cause of the goofy thumb nail, the corny intro kinda made me smirk but the more i watched this one the more i got drawn in. Nicely done.
Please do a follow up vid of the video explaining what else it can do or who got it or even D-class test with it
I like these situational SCP videos, where you describe a person and their interactions with an SCP, but you’re still skipping out on the SCP description, how the foundation found it, or how they are contained. Please try and include the scp descriptions and more of the info from their entries

This is funny because irl too, most tech review youtubers have zero relevant degrees, education or have any idea what they are talking about. They just know how to act like they know it all. I am pretty sure atleast half the tech reviewers out there have zero related degree or even know what a single system encabulator is.

An idea on how to kill scp-682 is write down the name Nāhāš in the death note which is in hebrew. This is the name of the snake that suggested adam and eve the apple which is 682. We know this because in the cross test between 682 and 001 the gate guardian, 682 says that that is not the garden and that all of them would like for 682 to be dead but this is his curse for “suggesting the apple”
