My attraction to live in Thailand is the ease of the Thai people, cost of things I enjoy massages legit and other, restaurant prices. Great weather yearly. I will say air quality is starting to concern me.

I get it. The air quality is a real concern. Prior to the pandemic it was the same. During the pandemic, the air quality was always below 50. Fortunately, this issue varies with the winds.

Thanks for this video, and the pet tour, Tom. I have the most awesome chihuahua, but luckily I have a sister who takes very good care of it when I`m not around. Dogs are precious, it hurts to see all the strays with no owners. I feel you are a dog lover too 😊😊
Thanks for sharing! I absolutely adore pets in general. I think the heartache of losing another pet will keep me tethered right now from finding another. It's a massive responsibility.
@@MargaritasinParadise Yes, it sure is a huge responsibility. If you travel a lot, you should have a good place for her/him to be. I've never been comfortable with these pet hotels, but I believe they are doing a good job. I would just be too worried for my own dog. She doesn't even bark, I wouldn't want her to learn how to bark, like this dog did... I love cats too btw, I've had both, even at the same time. No problem 😊
That’s another good point, when I was younger, I used pet kennels often, but throughout the years encountered many problems, including flea infestation for example. Personally, I’ve never been a big cat person although I’ve had two in my life. Always like the fact that I could leave a cat for a long period of time (2-3 days) and it would basically take care of itself.

Exactly, someone told me there's approximately 20K massage shops in Pattaya and over 250K massage workers.

The best and cheap massges are on the end of Soi Bukao, go to the rigth and you are on Pattaya Klang, also very good passage places. Second road also have good massages places. Paying for a dog or cat is crazy! Take it from the srteet, help the animals.
Great input. I recently had some friends show up to stay with me for two nights. Unfortunately, they brought their dog with them. My condo buildings policy is no pets allowed. This pet Motel would’ve been a good option for those circumstances.

You might be right. His story was all over the place. he told me at one point he was from Bangkok another time from France and changed his name to Phillip. Later on, you didn’t see this part but again, he changed his name to my name Tom and told me he was a TH-camr. He also tried to sell me some trinkets that was in one of his knapsack, and lastly tried to con me out of some money. he was an interesting guy, but as you will know you meet all types here.
@@MargaritasinParadise Haha, interesting 😀 Yes, it usually comes with a hint on money in the end. Remember, the "pension" in Thailand for non-government employees, used to be 700 baht a month for a long time, I believe it might be 1000 now? Anyway, some elders do not have kids to take care of them, so it might be tight for many in Thailand. For these coming to farang cities like Pattaya and such, might be a solution, hoping to somehow get some money. I feel for them, and have helped a lot during the years, but there is just so much I can do 👍

There's no doubt recreational use is still a sensistive subject. The laws in Thailand have changed so much and possibly are still changing. I have friends that will never accept change in there lives no matter what a law reads.
Just don't join the 27 Club, we need Ya Big-T !!
