Scotland is beautiful Had two weeks traveling around Absolutely beautiful You and Jenni would love it We have hot air balloons here in Wadi Rum You’d love it May all your dreams come true
My top bucket list item would be to have an unlimited number of first class flight tickets to the Southern hemisphere for each month of the Scottish winters.
@@PeterMRiley I live on the NE coast, Aberdeenshire. No snow but minus 2C and chilly wind today. It is hard to be motivated to go out for a walk but I do it as part of my recovery from a femoral nerve pain issue which has buggered my activities for three months. Warmer weather will come eventually though.
Yes!! Hike the AT! Part of it goes thru Virginia and you can do the traditional pose on McAfee Knob and go to Trail Days in Damascus VA! 😃 (I haven't done it but there are some great videos out there including Homemade Wanderlust--Dixie Mills). Hope you do that one. 😄
Fun video! You really got me thinking again about the future! [something COVID has interrupted] Two, of the many things, on the fantasy side of my bucket list is to swim in Iceland's Blue Lagoon and to visit the South Pole. Hope you & Jenni get that month long vacay soon.
Thank you. I'm glad you enjoyed the video! A few years ago Jenni and I were lucky enough to go to Iceland. We loved it, and the Blue Lagoon was fantastic. I hope you get there one day soon!
I think a bucket list is a fine idea, you cracked me up with the LeBron James multiple times, hee hee. Hey you never know. 😊 quite a list! I’d love to see the alps in spring, that one stood out to me. 😊👍
It is good to dream and as our good friend Andy Dufrusne said, "Hope is a good thing." I grabbed a notebook because I really like this idea a lot. I want to jot down my wildest wants and then categorize them like you did. I always wanted to go to Austria and do the Sound of Music tour :)
Mine is new job, find another house as i need to downsize. Great idea for you as you have been ill and hope you get to do a lot of the things on the list.
Hi Peter wow that’s is One Big list but why not ? I’m sure you will do something I have got one , but not is big is yours though , because I’m retiring soon Mum snd Dad knows about it I feel very sad I’m going to miss everyone hoping to do a few things out of my bucket list take care you’re looking good x
Hi Roulla. It is rather a long list you're right! Mum and dad said you were retiring. I can imagine that must feel strange. I'm sure you'll do some lovely things with your extra time though x
Mostly in North America I think, we have February as a Record Production Month called rpmchallenge, lots of help there to get you started on recording an album.
Thank you Peter. I really did enjoy this video and you made me laugh with some of your added clips. You are a gem. My boyfriend's daughter live in Australia. Have a wonderful week Dr Blah.
A long list. Definitely the northern lights. My friend did the Himalayan hike. It took her three days. And everyone on it got altitude sickness really bad every day ! She did it for charity, so they paid her expenses, and flight. She had to raise money not sure how much. She said it’s really hard to do. And she was pretty fit. Best get cracking on with some of the list Pete. When are you going back to work ? 👍💙👍
It’s so nice to see you feeling better and making plans ! Some of the things on your bucket list would terrify me. I would prefer doing aTed talk than cold 🥶 water anything. Take care 😊
Good day Peter, I am with you on the concept of dreaming big! Life without dreams would be very boring in my view. My husband and I have done double features many times during our lifetime “awesome “ now that we are in our mid-sixties we look back on those days and have a good laugh. I recommend you try and achieve the one month long vacation with Jenny first. It is our experience, creating memories with each other made our journey through cancer a lot easier now that we cannot travel, we look at videos and photographs of our amazing travels. Enjoy life Peter while you are young. Blessings from the frigid Quebec Canada
My bucket list is to relocate to a humble home as I have had to endure neighbours from hell for 6yrs..im done with trying to get justice. 😔 Hope is all I have. 💐
Great idea Peter . You've made me think about writing one of my own!! I think it is good to have some extra goals to attempt to attain - keeps the mind and body foccused and such a sense of achievement to reach aforementioned aims. Have you thought about learning a musical instrument? I play piano (badly), but find it a very mindful hobby . Looking forward to seeing you achieve your bucket list goals!
I think it's a great positive thing to do, making a bucket list. I am tempted to do mine myself lol Mine actually would match some of yours! Except the cold water ones!!! Sending you love and a great 2022 and some ticks off your bucket list. x
Hi Peter Nice to see you again. Quite a big bucket list but its a good variety. I have actually seen a double feature back in the 80’s. One of the movies was The color purple. I thought it was a great movie. Double features are a lot of sitting. Bucket list for me is to see some more concerts not too many though. Also want to be more creative with painting pictures and working with clay. Also put more effort into doing a vegetable garden. Thats all I can think of. Good luck with all of you achievements. See you soon
I love your bucket list ! Keep it fun and reach big ,why not 💙💙 I think I hadn't made one because I always take it too seriously 🤔 but yes this is a much better way of looking at things, Thanks for the insight
Thanks Penny. It's quite fun to have some things on there that seem a bit ridiculous. For me it was definitely something to not take too seriously. Hope you enjoy writing one if you go for it!
@@PeterMRiley I will be making one ! You just opened my eyes that it is what I want to do, or dream if doing ,without thinking about it too seriously and crunching numbers 😂
Hi Peter, Delighted you are doing so well and making amazing plans! 😁 This year, I am reading "War and Peace", one chapter per day, following the example set last year by the time productivity specialist, Laura Vanderkam. There are almost as many chapters as days in the year, but each one isn't very long. I downloaded the novel on to my phone and read one chapter each day as the new last task of my morning routine - and I love it. An easy way to cross off one of your many amazing goals!
Great list..! I really hope you will make the Ted talk #1 on the list You help and comfort alot of people who are having a difficult time during their medical crisis
A truly inspiring video Peter and fun too! I really enjoyed seeing the cut outs of your face on pictures of things from your bucket list, made me giggle. The only thing I personally didn't like is the background music. It isn't needed on your videos and is quite a distraction. Take care of yourself :)

Thanks Cherie. I've been skiing in the Alps but certainly would love to visit and walk and run in warmer weather.

Wow long bucket list. I’ve never had a bucket list. Well maybe to visit New York again and be living in a tiny house in Anachortis, Washington.
Great. I particularly like the tiny house idea!
Mostly in North America I think, we have February as a Record Production Month called rpmchallenge, lots of help there to get you started on recording an album.
I will definitely have to be making some trips to North America to tick some things off my list.

I've had a few attempts in my life to learn an instrument. The last one being the guitar. I learnt it's much harder than people make it look!
Why don’t you try the mountain race in Seward Alaska. I can see you doing it. You run up a mountain and then run down it. Pretty well known event.
Sounds great!

Hi Chrissie. I'm glad you enjoyed the video! I appreciate your feedback on the background music too. You're not the only one that's mentioned it.
No thanks to the Ice hotel lol but the rest sounds great🙂
Cooking Jenni a 3 course meal has gone off, clearly not a fan of the kitchen! How about setting a target of getting back to work?
😂 That was an earlier draft of my list, before realising I've already ticked that one off!
How about inspiring other cancer sufferers to have a positive outlook? Oops, done, tick.
Thank you. That means a lot.
Not sure about the background music.
Cool! What's the deal with Lebron James, anyway?
😂 A basketball player I'm a big fan of. There are plenty of people I'd like to meet so I'm not sure why he's made the list!
