    Mansik bimari ya dimagi bimari ek aam bimari hai. Depression, anxiety jaisi bimariyaan to kafi common ho chuki hain. Lekin aksar ye dekha gaya hai ki log mansik rog ko pehchan nahi paate hain aur mansik rog ka ilaj karne mein bahut der kar dete hain. Dimagi rog ke lakshan aam taur pe emotions aur soch mein aate hain. Mansik rog ke lakshan ko agar jaldi se pehchan liya jaye aur sahi samay pe mansik rog ka ilaj kiya jaaye to acchche natike milte hain.     Psychiatric disorders are quite common. Mental illnesses like anxiety and depression are becoming increasingly prevalent. However, the awareness of psychiatric disorders or mental disorders continues to be poor. People often are not able to identify the symptoms of psychiatric disorders and are also hesitant in seeking help for the treatment of psychiatric illnesses because of stigma. The inability to identify psychiatric illnesses in time often results in delayed diagnosis and delayed treatment. In this video, Dr Praveen Tripathi, who is a senior psychiatrist and sexual disorders specialist, talks about the common symptoms of psychaitric disorders.

    Dr Praveen Tripathi is a renowned psychiatrist who practices in Delhi-NCR. He did his MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS, Delhi) and MD (Psychiatry) from the prestigious Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS, Delhi). He also underwent training at the world-renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, USA and Kansas University Medical Centre, Kansas, USA.       Lekin fir ab 2021 me lag raha hai bimari wapas aa rahi hai
      Jaise ki kabhi kabhi ankho ke samne andhera jaisa lagta hai.

    किसी को महसूस हो रहा है कि उसे मानसिक बीमारी है,लेकिन घरवाले मानने को तैयार नहीं(जैसा आपने बताया कि घरवाले कहते है तुमको क्या कमी है, तुमको क्यों होगी,योग करो,व्यायाम करो,हंसो बोलो ,काम करो ,टेंशन छोड़ो)
    ऐसी स्थिति में इलाज कैसे हो,क्या छुपा के इलाज हो सकता है?,क्या दवाई ही इलाज है?,क्या इलाज के साथ घरवालों का सहयोग साथ जरूरी नहीं? ये किसी एक का सवाल नहीं ,ऐसे सैंकड़ों लोग होंगे।। कृपया इसका जबाव दे

      You are capable of expressing your emotions perfectly in form of words which is a plus point for you. First, don't try to change URSELF b'coz these thoughs as they themselves are distorted. But, don't suppress them either. Just let them linger in ur brain. Second, you can use 'Feeling Good' book by David Burns. It contains some VERY helpful excercises on removing these voices from your head which are result of ur distorted thoughts. Third, make a list of activities which u loved to do before but stopped doing b'coz of these voices. It will help you to love yourself more.

For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. What is important is to be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach a stage of equanimity. Do twice daily or as per your convenience. This could be life-transforming if you desire change. Take charge of your life. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

Mujhe delusion/anxiety ho gayi hai, jabse mujhe yeh sab baatein sunai aur dikhayi de rahi hai ki log kaise Ladkiyon ke mind mein Galat cheezon ko normalise kar rahe hai jaise ki Premarital physical relationship rakhna.. aur uske baad Cheat karne ko justify kar rahe hai jaise uss baare mein chupa ke dusre se shaadi kar lena.. aur unn Virgin Mardon ko jo Virgin Wife prefer/expect karte hai unhe jabardasti narrow-minded, ghatiya etc bola jaa raha hai... Toh mujhe yahi delusion ho gaya ki koi mujhse Dhokhe se shaadi karne ke baad uski Past ke baare mein mujhe pata lagne ke baad meri Zindagi toh barbaad ho jayegi tab main kya karunga.. kya meri future wife Virgin hogi ya nahi, kya Ladkiya before marriage mujhse apne Past ke baare mein honestly batayegi yahi sab se anxiety/delusion ho gaya hai mujhe.. 1.5months se jyada ho gaye hai delusion/anxiety ko.... Koi solution hai aapki paas toh please mujhe batayiyega.

    One of my friends was suffering from acute headache. So he gone through treatment of headache for 2 year. After that his headache is out but he is suffering from mental problems, that is, he always can hear sounds of crickets (jhi jhi daak) all the time he awake for 3 year. He was under treatment of several doctors but no fruit full results came out. He loose his temper often. Mind swing often. He feels tired inspite of having whole night sleep. He can't concentrate any job or study. According to him, he is happy when he is only sleeping. Because when sleeping no sounds of crickets are heard. His blood pressure, blood sugar level, thyroid level, hemoglobin level are normal. Please suggest me to help him to cure his problem. I will be grateful to you for ever. Please help him. May God bless you all.

      I think he has 'tinnitus'. I too have it! I hear the sound of cicadaas all tge time from my left ear! Consult an ENT ! Sometimes it triggers anxiety and restlessness! I'm too suffering from it tell him to not pay attention in it! And do activities which he loves!

    Actually I wanted to get out of my Severe Depression, I had been sad for like 1.5 Year I am 15 years currently, I was like, no anger, no happiness, no cry, no sadness, only anxiety and irritability, I literally felt nothing... That was weird...Family was not interested in any treatment due to bad history about psychiatric treatment in our family... They told me exercise, meditate, study... But that never helped... I started getting serious physical symptoms for no reason... Got to a doctor... Prescribed me Antidepressants and Anti Anxiety pills... I was telling all my physical symptoms but due to my near past traumatic history he asked me questions related to mental health and I was found a patient of anxiety.... I don't know why but he prescribed me Antidepressants too, Maybe due to my past traumatic history... Anyway, I'm way better now... I don't want to think about past... But the songs I used to listen reminds me everything like :
    1) Let me die - Nightcore
    2) Diamond Heart - Nightcore
    3) What do I live for
    4) Lil happy lil sad lil numb (Ft. Teen Preganancy)
    5) Fake Smiles
    6) Until it happens to you
    I listened these cuz they were very relatable to how I felt, But these songs are only 6 out of those like 100 Songs I listened.... I literally had a Playlist on YT named "Sad Times", "My life made me feel like" and "Depresso Expresso"...Anyway, I'm way better now... Don't want to get back to my depressed self... I'm on antidepressants and afraid if I'll get back to my depressed self after I leave them... Anyway, I took treatment from a General Physician not a Psychiatrist... I have symptoms like visual hallucinations, Negative Thoughts... Low concentration... Short term memory loss and some more, If I go to a psychiatrist, I don't want a bunch of pills on my table... Just because I don't want brain damage...

      Dear start self-talk. And it should be positive. When you have negative thoughts say aloud - Stop it. Don't only think but start talking to your negative brain as if you will talk to a human. Hope it helps.

    Sir I was taking olanzapine 5mg and fluoxetine 20mg for seven years than after before one year from today I started taking half dose still now I am taking at night every day .Sir I tried to stop taking but I could not able to sleep .I want to take this half of dose for life time any side effect after ward in my life.       Renu Koli, . There is a solution to every problem if there is a desire and determination. . For a relaxed life without anxiety sit on a chair, back and spine as erect as possible, hands on your lap with palms upwards, close your eyes and do nothing. Be still without moving and observe your incoming--outgoing breath and body sensations for around 10-15 minutes. What is important is to be as still as possible. Plenty of thoughts will come but slowly negative thoughts will reduce. The mind is reprogrammed to reach a stage of equanimity. Do twice daily or as per your convenience. This could be life-transforming if you desire change. Take charge of your life. Best wishes. Shyaaam Sir. -Counsellor.

    Most mental problems come because of sleeplessness and tension .I am also suffering from mental illness from childhood but I know if I will sleep well I will have no illness .

    Mujhe jaldi choti moti baato mein gussa ata hai . Ek baar mein subha nind se utha bhai pareshan kar Raha tha toh itna gussa aya meine use naak mein marke khoon nikal diya .gussa mein mujhe aisa lagta hai kii jisne gussa dilaya usse khatam kar doon yeh nahi dekhta woh kon hai .jaab koi jhat se aake kuch prashna puche toh dil bhot jor se dhakta hai .Maan mein negative thinking aati jaise bhagvan ko na manna,bhagvan se bhi jyada khatarnak bana,tabah kar dena sabko.
