Good skills with minimal tools. He has great hammer control. I wonder if he's ever tried making those scissors forge welding instead of modern stick welding? While most Blacksmith Shops in the developed world are large with tons of tools, he gets by with very little. I find that interesting. Also, it's interesting how he can work all day in that position with the anvil on the ground. I would be crippled within an hour, LOL.......
It looks a lot like what my grandfather's forge would have been like. Never saw it myself as he was killed before I was born but my Dad showed me a similar setup. The main difference is size. He shoed a lot of horses so it needed to be bigger. But this was one of the things he made for his village.
