- Witness the incredible craftsmanship and skills of Pakistani factory workers as they take on the complex process of manufacturing crankshafts for ammonia compressor machines.
In this video, we take you through each step of the process, starting with cutting high scrap metal into manageable pieces. Watch as these skilled workers expertly heat the massive metal pieces before forging them into the preliminary shapes required for crankshaft production.
The journey continues with precise machining on a lathe machine, where the raw forged metal is transformed into a finely tuned crankshaft, ready for use in ammonia compressors.
Join us in celebrating the dedication, expertise, and meticulous work of these talented individuals, showcasing the remarkable industrial prowess found in Pakistan's factories. Primitive conditions, basic tools, A lathe made a century ago, and a beautiful new crankshaft that will work perfectly. This level of personal craftsmanship is disappearing in the most advanced countries. I know CIC maching, EDM shaping and fashioning, and AI are taking over. A large part of me wants craftsmen like these guys to continue their trade. Just because it makes me proud that a dedicated and skilled man is capable of producing a piece of working art. I'm American not Pakistani and Christian not Muslim. But hard work, professionalism, and genuine skill in the face of adversity shine through no matter who you are or where you live. Congratulations on a job extremely well done.
Thank you brother for you observed it well. Thanks for the love you shared and the support which these art man needs. You must have a good heart as you know the real worth of such art and the artists.

GOD BLESS YOU.. GOOD MAN
And you believe this to be a qood quality product, do you? Based on what available evidence?
@@railgapI've seen these crank shafts running for decades
very skilled, inventive and hard working people. May Allah bless them abundantly.
In general, Pakistan is a good country, peaceful and the people are hardworking, you need an industrial leap hello from Ukraine
Yes indeed. You noted it right. Thanks for observations
Слава Украине!!!
I hope Pakistan can quickly catch up with China in manufacturing, enabling its people to have a better quality of life. Given the capabilities of Pakistan's workforce, especially its skilled labor, I believe they have the potential to do so.
Thank you so much for your kind words and appreciation ❤️🙏. Keep supporting us and share such a good vibes 😀
Yes it would be good for all of us and you can see there no shortage of skill or pride in this video.
Pakistan with all the capabilities of its workforce can never compete with China. The reason is simple: Islamic fundamentalism. I’ve work with Pakistani engineers in the past and they acknowledged that these islamists is the real reason why Pakistan can never be a truly industrialized country like China or Japan.
Doesn't matter how far they catch up their dictatorship will never let them flourish
@@mariosantos203 Are you implying that a communist dictatorship is more effective in industrializing a nation than Islamic societies?
Quality craftsmanship from Pakistan, these guys are able to produce parts that most Western countries would struggle to produce by hand. Keep up the good work, hoping Pakistan a bright future. From a friend in the UK.
Pakistani craftsmen are one of the best skilled hands.. It is needed the govt provide conducive business loans for small and better industry to produce in bulk so they can export it internationally..
Yes, true brother. You observed it well. But what is in the hands of the govt we can’t deal with that thing instead we can just hope for it.
@@Pakistani-Hands правительство никогда не даст обществу развиваться, потому что если уровень образования будет повышаться, правительство будет свергнуто.

That was awesome!! Thank you for working so hard and making a video of the process 🙏🏻🌞
Thank you 🙏
I can only dream of such fast tool feed. Think I should run my Lathe in time lapse, too.
More than the activities, the mechanics of their work, I am fascinated by the Pakistani workplace labour arrangements!
From all the videos I've watched, there's always ages 12 - 85; guys just sitting/standing around watching; lots of workers and very few foremen/machinists; many hands doing very simple things or few hands doing very complicated things.
Are they all just paid equally to "be there for the day"? Funny workplaces.
I have high hopes that Pakistan can rapidly advance its manufacturing sector to rival China's, leading to improved living standards for its people. Considering the skills and capabilities of Pakistan's labor force, particularly its skilled workers, I am confident they possess the potential to achieve this goal.
Unbelievable work ethic…
RESPECT!! 😎
I'm absolutely impressed by the craftsmanship and dedication of those who work by hand! The skill and precision required to produce such incredible results are truly admirable. Every detail reflects the hard work and passion that goes into each project. Kudos to everyone involved for making something special with your hands and hearts!
Thank you very much!
I wonder what their tolerances look like. I never saw any precision instruments used.
verdade, e peças trabalhosas,se errar uma medida, matou a peça, prejuízo grande
Not a finished product this is just the rough in. It still needs the precision part done as well as the balancing
Both of you guys deserve the like
this is my kinda place. good job fellas
the way they center is just impressive, no vibrations at all
Very impressive torch cutting. Old School Experience . 👍
Этож золотой коленвал получится, если такими древними технологиями изготавливать)

Great work! No unnecessary steps.
Do you happen to know the steel specification? What type?
Thank you for the observations and appreciation.
The steel which is cut into the pieces is from the big steel mills and the huge piece of still is once used in steel mills

Really great teamwork by the forge workers and that forge is one seriously great piece of kit, but calling the finished crank a 'forging' is a bit misleading at least by Western engineering standards where the steels grain flow is forged in such a way that the grain follows the shapes of the journals which on this crank it only does partially, so is not exactly my idea of what a forged steel crank is about, so in my opinion this crank is better described as 'partially forged'. Great work from the whole team involved and all done on those antique machines, wonderful stuff!
Yes you are correct and a truly forged crankshaft requires forging dies.
Oh jesus that offset turning setup. 😱
ONLY FOR THE BRAVE I WOULD WANT TO SWITCH IT ON FROM OUTSIDE THE FACTORY

Tourist: What kind of education do you have?
Pakistani metal worker: I use 1150 degrees!
These people learned these skills from their parents and elders
@@Pakistani-Hands 1150 degrees (C) is the temperature needed to soften steel enough for forging. It's a pun on university degrees vs. degrees Celsius.
