This is the kind of music you put in a boss battle that is intensifying and life-threatening but also could work as battle colosseum and / or gladiator music.
I was about to rip you to shreds for calling an orchestral remake in FL studio epic, but this reminds me of of the official FFIX soundtrack remakes, I can’t go through with saying that. However, the choir during the break at 1:09 needs to be bold, intense, in your face, and intimidating, that is mandatory for me. It makes the original composition by Mitsuda-san work and is very important as it builds the kinetic energy of what came before it into a climax. The boss just gave your their worst and you are still alive, the mix should make it sound like that.
Well said, even if it's a little bit harsh... got to give props to the OP though, he's putting more care & goodwill to the series more than Square itself.
@@nickochioneantony9288 The most considerate thing we can do for artists is to give blunt and honest critical feedback of their work, that can be used to grow their abilities.
@excrono I did a side-by-side hearing comparison multiple times and the choirs are... totally ok. Specially for this style of arrangement. They are not too strong in the original like you commented too.

When Ketchop comes knocking at your door...
I didn't think it was possible to make the song any better.
You nailed the percussion, that part is critical. Great job!
Easily the best remake of this track
Please do "Gale" and "Dragon God" too!
This is really well done! I wonder how you got the vocals to emulate the original so well!
Only negative thing about it is that it's too short you should consider doing an extended version like 15 min or so. But either way it's well done.
A one hour version needs to be made for all of the real life bosses we fight in real life.
This is 1000% awesome
Spectacular, Epic, and SPOT ON, well made.
The character recruitment may hsve been a mess but ithad an awesome concept
You killed it bro good job man.
