What a challenging and I was definitely dragging at the end of the third round. You are a wonderful motivator and I finished! I look forward to getting stronger each time! I would really love rehab videos. I had back surgery about a year ago and foot surgery 5 months ago, so I would find it extremely useful! Now for books….love, love, love Dostoevsky! Crime and Punishment is such a masterpiece. My fav shorter work i love is White Nights. Myself, I am reading Brideshead Revisited. So far, I am liking it. It is light on the surface, and yet one can really take it on a much deeper level. I am about 1/3 of the way into it. Once again, thank you! Brilliant work out, and I like how you talk me through, especially towards the end!

I suffered a gymnastics injury years ago and have had two knee surgeries so I cannot put any kind of weight or stress on my knee. I only did one round but it still felt so great! I will work my way up to doing 3 rounds. I’ve done the intermediate but I like the slightly more challenging moves more- just have to work up to it! I’m not a dancer so it’s takes some getting used to!

I loved this video! Hard enough to make me sweat but I feel good. Love your book recommendations, I do need to reread Dostoevsky. Have you tried any by Katherine Arden? She's American but lived in Russia briefly and speaks the language. She has written a Russian fantasy trilogy that is brilliant, the Bear and the Nightingale. It's lovely.
I'm 14 doing this, and I am already feeling stronger in the ballet classes I do. I have a question, is doing 3 days a week of ballet but 5 days of your workouts, too little to become a professional ballerina? Also my favourite book is raelia, by lynette noni, it's the most intriguing and amazing book you will read, you will not be able to put it down, all of my family has read it and has been through the whole series. Hi, Maria. Would you please help me with this question? I get neck and shoulder pain after ballet workout. I know that I should engage my back, but my neck and shoulders are very stiffen after the day of workout. Then I find that I use neck muscle to keep balance rather than core. Is there a way to engage the back and core, but not make the neck and shoulder feel stiffen and pain? Thanks!

This was SO challenging! Thank you, Maria! I don't really like low impact workouts but I know this was good for me. I am reading Brandon Sanderson's Mistborn at the moment. It's Fantasy genre. Not sure if you like that. I have read Dostoevsky - in English, though. It was a bit heavy but engrossing and thought provoking. Rehab videos would be great. LOVE Dostoyevsky!! You should read Kristen Lavransdatter (Nina Tunnaly translation) by Sigrid Undset. It's excellent. She also gets deep into the soul.
