    Though a bit short for my taste enjoyed this non-stop workout as it keeps my body warm throughout. Would it be feasible for you to produce a compilation of certain workouts for ex. various arms workouts in one video as well as feet and ankle strengthening exercises ? Would be so handy and useful as will save time to run from one video to another. Just a query .... since you asked... Thank you for all your useful ballet fitness exercises. They help so much as a guide and reference book for improvement. All the best. Liz.

    Hey maria! i have a lot of trouble with ankle and toe strength, could you do a video on hops en pointe? i haven't been able to do more than 2 or 3 at a time, thanks! :)

      Greetings!! I guarantee that there's no need to delay,this workout session will make you feel MUCH better,i was in a similar situation and not simply survived after starting,but start LIVING! just try to highten the speed of the video to 1.5-2.0 but still perform exercises in a veeery smooth rhythm,even slower than in a video and you may even purge out the cause of exacerbation/disrd,stay wonderful as you born are!!!

      Same here... I'm just using my arm to support my head and doing the core workout with the other hand or with any hands at all! I hope this helps!
