I'm getting back into F1 management games again lately after a few very short tries over the past few years. I used to play lots of Grand Prix Manager and other games from that late 90's period. Currently I am playing Motorsport Manager with F1 1996 mod, Open Wheel Manager 2 with F1 1996 mod and F1 Manager 2024 (vanilla) as they all have their strengths. I would say that currently MM F1 1996 mod is the strongest as-is, but somehow I am having more fun with OWM2 modded. While it definitely feels like it only has a small team involved compared to MM and F1M, it does feel like it has the best foundation to keep working on and I like the strong inspiration of the development team on the late 90's era games. I'll probably keep dividing my time between MM and OWM2 for now. F1M's UI is just frustrating, nevermind the bugs.
Great overview,
Short, sweet, to the point and shows you know your stuff and what's important in a racing manager
Glad you liked it!

I am right now developing a f1 manager league using Assetto Corsa to simulate the race... it's good. I made home rules for managing the team
